Theoretical study is not solid enough, and sometimes there is a tendency to break away from reality. First, the system is not enough to study in depth. Political theory is often in school, but it is not enough to learn from it. Political theory is not high. I have been engaged in leadership work for more than 30 years. After I went to work in school, I also focused on strengthening my political theory. Subjective world transformation is not in place. Due to the tens of thousands of work in the school, there are many transactional tasks to be solved and dealt with on a daily basis. The sense of purpose and the concept of the people are not strong. I always emphasize that I serve the people wholeheartedly. I also warn myself to go to the people often, care about the sufferings of the people, and listen to the voices of the people. However, in actual work, we still have not been able to serve the people wholeheartedly and wholeheartedly rely on the faculty and staff.
