7. The mortgagor is responsible for the repair, maintenance and guarantee of the collateral during the mortgage period, and accepts the inspection and verification of the mortgagee at any time. The mortgagor shall not dispose of the collateral it occupies in the form of leasing, selling or lending without the written consent of the mortgagee. The mortgagee has the right to require the mortgagor to restore the original condition or provide other equivalent property as collateral if the mortgagor discovers that the mortgagor has improperly or improperly vested the collateral under the possession. If the mortgagor does not execute it, the mortgagee may stop issuing new loans or recover part of the loan until the full amount.

8. If the mortgagee occupies the mortgaged property, if the mortgaged property and related files are damaged or lost due to the fault of the mortgagee, the mortgagee shall bear the responsibility and compensate the loss.

9. The mortgagee shall take control of the collateral and the relevant files and vouchers. The mortgagor shall pay the custodian fee of ____ yuan to the mortgagee in accordance with the relevant provisions, and shall be settled within 30 days after the entry into force of this Agreement.

10. 12. The mortgagor shall handle the property insurance of the collateral in accordance with the provisions, and the insurance period shall not be shorter than the mortgage period. Insurance costs are paid by the mortgagor. During the mortgage period, the mortgagee is the first beneficiary of the mortgaged property insurance. In the event of an accidental loss, the property insurance compensation is first handed over to the mortgagee.
