Chattel contract

The donor--grantee--the two parties will submit a contract for the book, subject to the following conditions:

Article 1 Party A shall present the following books to Party B:

1 full set of volumes

2 full set of volumes bookstore release

Article 2 Party A shall deliver the above books to Party B before the year-month-date.

Article 3 Party B shall present the books to be received in the reading room of Party B, and entrust the administrator to provide members for reading. The storage expenses shall be borne by Party B.

Article 4 Party B may cancel the contract if Party B fails to perform the contract or fulfills its obligation to keep it.

Article 5 If Party B wants to dissolve the association, Party B shall handle the processing of the books it receives in accordance with Party A's instructions.

This contract is made in two copies, and each of Party A and Party B is responsible for one copy.
