Chattel gift contract

The donor xxx and the recipient xxx, both parties sign this contract for the gift of the book, the conditions are as follows:

Article 1 Party A will give the postscript to Party B.

Article 2 Party A shall deliver the postscript book to Party B before xxx of xxxx.

Article 3 Party B shall place the books to be presented in the reading room of Party B and appoint an administrator. Member reading is provided, and the storage fee is borne by Party B.

Article 4 If Party B fails to perform the contract or fulfills its obligation to keep it, Party A may cancel the contract.

Article 5 If Party B wants to dissolve the association, the handling of the books it receives shall be in accordance with the instructions of Party A.

This contract is issued in two copies, with each party holding a copy.
