1. Party A is the main sponsor of this event, and Party B is the sole sponsor of this event.

Second, Party A’s obligations

2. Designate Party B to have the naming rights of this event.

Third, Party B’s obligations

Fourth, default

1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances caused by both parties, the event will be cancelled or interrupted unexpectedly, and Party A will return the relevant fees of Party B.

2. If the unilateral failure to perform the necessary obligations, causing the other party to suffer unnecessary losses, it is necessary to ask the other party for compensation and apology through relevant channels.

5. This Agreement shall be made in triplicate, two copies of Party A and one copy of Party B, which shall become effective upon signature by both parties.
