After the agreement between Party A and Party B, the following agreement was reached:

First, the conditions for the registration of the household registration. 2. Party A shall provide the following services according to Party B's needs:

1. Handle the procedures for moving in and out of the account.

2. Handling ID card replacement and replenishment procedures.

3. Provide relevant account certificate.

3. Party B assumes the following responsibilities:

1. During the call of Party B, Party B shall consciously abide by the laws and regulations of the state, abide by the regulations on family planning and household registration, and cooperate with Party A to do matters related to household registration management.

2. Party B shall provide Party A with the correct contact method.

4. Party B has the right to suspend the agreement due to Party B's failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

5. If Party B does not contact Party A within one month from the date of suspension of this Agreement and fails to go through relevant formalities, Party A will not issue any supporting materials.

6. According to the regulations of the No. 205 file of the Suzhou Municipal Price Price Service, Party B shall pay to Party A: the management fee for the account is 120 yuan/time.

7. This Agreement is made in two copies and each party shall hold one copy.
