3. Party A provides two logistics workstations for Party B as a temporary storage management transfer point for Party A's products, as well as a rest for Party B staff and a stacking management point for logistics materials. Party A provides a large number of balloons for Party B.

4. Party B uses Party A to provide funds to produce two publicity boards. The signs on Party A and Party B are printed on the board. The posters of the Games will be posted on this board. During the sports meeting, Party A will cooperate with Party A to promote the company's products. In the future publicity of Party B, Party B will place the board in the place with the most traffic in the school to achieve the purpose of publicity.

5. Party B shall use Party A to provide funds to order _________ pieces of work clothes for Party B staff to wear. The work clothes are printed with the signs of Party A and Party B. The staff of Party B will wear the work clothes during the sports meeting, and the work clothes can be reused. Party B will continue to use the clothes for future activities. 6. Party B uses Party A to provide the funds, and produces two publicity banners, such as _________ and other slogans. Party B hangs the banner on the eye-catching location of the sports field to achieve the role of publicity. Reflecting Party A's support for education.

7. Party B shall use Party A to provide the funds, purchase _________ sheets of color cardboard and _________ sheets of white paper, and produce relevant slogans for use at the opening and closing ceremonies.

8. Party B uses Party A to provide funds, set up two cheerleaders, and purchase some items required by the cheerleaders, such as clothing and cheerleading. Used to boost morale and promote Party A.

10. 11. Party B will distribute test samples and leaflets for Party A on the day of the event. Party A will provide trial samples and leaflets.

12. Party B will hold a commendation meeting at the Games, reward the winning students, and award them in the name of Party A. The prizes are the quality products of Party A.

13. Party B's prizes and training water will be provided by Party A to Party B.

14. Party B will contact the school supermarket during the sports meeting to set up a selling point for Party A at the supermarket door, specializing in Party A products, and Party B will recommend sales personnel for Party A.

15. Party B contacts the school to set up a store around the playground during the sports meeting. Party A directly sells its company products, and Party B recommends sales personnel for Party A.

Third, Party B’s responsibility

8. Party B will distribute the trial samples and leaflets for Party A on the day of the event.

9. Party B will contact the school supermarket during the Games to set up a selling point for Party A at the supermarket door, specializing in Party A products, and Party B will recommend sales personnel for Party A.

10. Party B contacts the school to set up a store around the playground during the sports meeting. Party A directly sells its company products, and Party B recommends sales personnel for Party A.

Fourth, Party A’s responsibility

1. Party A provides Party B with the funds needed for the event.

5. Party A provides the clothing required by Party B.

6. Party A provides Party B's activity prizes and water.

7. Party A provides trial samples and leaflets.

8. Party A provides sales personnel training.

V. Confidentiality Principle Party B and Party A are obliged to fulfill their confidentiality obligations. They may not disclose or disclose any information about the contents of this contract to any third party without the consent of the other party.

6. Liability for breach of contract

1. Party A and Party B shall properly exercise their rights and perform their obligations to ensure the smooth progress of this contract.

2. If either party fails to perform its obligations in full and in a timely manner, it shall be liable for breach of contract; if it causes losses to other parties, it shall compensate the other party for the direct and indirect economic losses suffered thereby.

7. Term and termination of the contract

1. This contract is effective as of the date of signature by both parties.

2. If either party may breach the contract on the other party and fails to correct the breach within 15 days of the receipt of the notice by the observing party that the breach has occurred and exists, it may pass to the other party. This contract is terminated immediately by giving a written notice.

3. The early termination of this contract shall not affect the rights and obligations of both parties arising out of this contract prior to the early termination date of this contract.

8. Declaration and Warranty The parties declare, state and guarantee to each other as follows:

1. It is qualified to cooperate under this contract and the cooperation is in line with its business scope;

2. The authorized representative has been fully authorized to sign this contract on his behalf;

3. It is capable of fulfilling its obligations under this contract; and the performance of the obligation does not violate any restrictions on the legal file binding on it.

9. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

1. If there is any dispute between the two parties concerning the content of this contract or its implementation, the two parties shall conduct friendly consultations; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the local court of Party B.

2. The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this contract and resolution of disputes shall be governed by Chinese law.

Ten, other

1. Failure of any party to this contract to exercise its rights under this contract in a timely manner shall not be considered a waiver of rights, nor shall it affect the party’s exercise of that right in the future.

2. If any provision of this contract is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, or is in violation of any applicable law, the provision is deemed to be deleted. However, the remaining provisions of this contract shall remain valid and binding.

3. This contract is officially in duplicate, each party holds one copy, and each original has the same legal effect.

4. Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be resolved by mutual agreement between the two parties.
