Educational donation agreement

Article 4 Party A has the right to inquire Party B about the use and management of the donated property, and to provide opinions and suggestions. For Party A's inquiry, Party B shall reply truthfully.

Article 5 Party B has the right to use the donated property reasonably in accordance with the purposes agreed in this Agreement, but may not arbitrarily change the use of the donated property. If it is necessary to change the purpose, Party A's consent should be obtained.

Article 6 Party B shall give Party A corresponding recognition and reward according to the relevant provisions of the State and the ______ Education Foundation.
