Scheduled movable property gift contract

Recipient: Residence: Valid ID Number: Party A and Party B have reached a gift contract through friendly negotiation as follows, and both parties abide by the implementation.

Article 1 Party A shall voluntarily give all of its gifts to Party B.

Article 2 The effective date of the contract shall take effect at the time of the contract and shall be transferred to Party B at that time.

Article 3 The delivery time of the gifted subject matter shall be delivered to Party B.

Article 4 If one of the following circumstances occurs, the contract shall be automatically released.

Article 5 Liability for breach of contract If Party A fails to provide the gift as specified in the contract, Party B may provide it within a time limit; if it fails to provide it within the time limit, Party B may request Party A to deliver the currency equivalent to the value indicated in the contract.

Article 6 This contract is made in two copies, one for each party.
