House ownership gift agreement

Party A:

Party B: The two parties reached the following agreement on the ownership of the house:

First, the housing situation: the gift housing is located in the city room, the building area is square meters, the property right certificate number: Hang Fangquan card under the word number.

Second, the nature of the house is the relocation of the house.

3. Party A ensures that the premises of the premises have legal ownership.

4. Party A promises to give the ownership of the house to Party B, and clarifies that after the entry into force of this Agreement, the ownership of the house is owned by Party B.

5. After the entry into force of this Agreement, Party B shall be responsible for the procedures for the renewal of the building ownership certificate.

6. This Agreement shall enter into force upon signature and notarization.

7. This Agreement shall be in five copies. Each of the two parties shall hold one copy, one notary office shall retain the bottom, and one shall be handed over to the Housing Authority for the record.
