In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, both Party A and Party B shall, through consensus, conclude a support agreement and abide by the implementation.

The first gift of the subject matter:

Party A will voluntarily give to Party B the house number in the urban area and the building area of ​​square meters.

Article 2 Party B shall fulfill its obligations to support Party A as agreed, otherwise the ownership of real property shall not be transferred.

Article 3 If Party B fails to perform its obligations as agreed in the contract, Party A may cancel the gift.

Article 4 Party A shall be liable for the guarantee of immovable property. If it deliberately fails to inform or guarantee innocence and causes losses to Party B, it shall be liable for damages.

Article 5 After the contract is established, the donor shall transfer the ownership of the transferred real property to Party B.

Article 6 From the date of entry into force of the contract, Party B shall bear all expenses related to the subject matter of the movable property.

Article 7 This contract shall come into force on the date of notarization.

Article 8 This contract is made in two copies, one for each party.
