House gift contract

In order to clarify the rights and obligations of the two parties to present the behavior of the house, Party A and Party B shall, in accordance with the principle of good faith and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, formulate this Agreement for mutual compliance.

Article 2 Party A guarantees that it has ownership of the above-mentioned houses.

Article 3 Party A guarantees that there is no malice in this gift, and has informed Party B of all the matters known to it, including, otherwise, it is willing to be liable for the losses caused to Party B.

Article 4 At the request of Party A, Party B guarantees that the house will not be used for illegal matters.

Article 5 Party B has the right to recover the above-mentioned houses in violation of the provisions of Article 4.

Article 6 After the entry into force of this Agreement, Party A shall transfer the above-mentioned houses to Party B within _________ days; and shall, within _________ days, assist Party B to go through the formalities for registration of changes with the relevant real estate management department.

Article 8 The breach of this Agreement is a breach of contract and shall be liable for breach of contract.

Article 9 The defaulting party shall compensate the other party for all losses.
