For the home visit, the target is a late-stage student. I think that the "post-study students" will be very happy when they are praised by the teachers because of some unobtrusive advantages. Therefore, when I was visiting at home, I grasped the actual situation and adjusted it flexibly. The teacher's home visit will make the students feel the attention and attention of the teacher. This is an incentive for students and a touch for parents. A child, he has multiple aspects of performance, which I can't detect through the naked eye or oral communication at school. The inner world of a child, it can't be seen, we need to understand it with our heart. A child, even if he has a million is not, it is not his voluntary, his life, his education may have a decisive factor for him. This time home visit, I visited two students. Although not many, but a lot of gains, I really feel the necessity of home visits.

During home visits, we often hear parents ask teachers to conduct strict education on their children. Both parents said: "If the child does not listen to the parents, he only listens to the teacher's words, and the teacher is strict with nothing." They pinned the responsibility and hope of education to the teacher. Poor parents in the world, rest assured that parents are our responsibility, we must do our work with great enthusiasm and hundred times of effort. However, the growth of students is the result of the common education of society, family and school. Parents should also make some suggestions for children in this aspect to better support the growth of students.

In addition, teachers should pay attention to the artistry of the speech during home visits. Teachers should be sincere and considerate in their home visits. They must master the scales. Under any circumstances, they must listen patiently to their opinions. Even if some opinions are not necessarily correct, they should find their own aspects that should be considered. Let your emotions affect parents or students, but not because they are not happy for a while, and say something that harms the self-respect of students and parents. Therefore, teachers should first understand the personality of their parents when they visit home. They must be euphemistic when they first contact, and respect each other's attitude. Only by respecting parents, parents will respect your teachers and cooperate with teachers to educate their children. For example, one of my students in this home visit, her study habits are poor. When I was at home, I avoided the word "poor" when talking to my parents, and changed to "not ideal" to avoid hurting the self-esteem of parents and students.

Then, through home visits, I got some understanding of the class information, because some students may not necessarily talk to the teacher, but may go to the parents, so that I can know what is still in the class, or There are still some omissions in class management.

The last point is that home visits should pay attention to feedback. This means not only looking at the face during the home visit, but also paying attention to the reactions of parents and students, and considering the content and wording of the conversation. Every home visit will have every feeling. Although the home visits of these two days have ended, the need for teachers and reflections remains to be continued. This year we have 41 children in our class. For such questions, we explain to parents in detail the age characteristics and learning characteristics of the children so that parents can understand that our education cannot exceed the acceptance ability of young children. Growth is not only the responsibility of kindergartens, but also the responsibility of the family. It reminds parents not only to care about the learning and life of young children, but also to care about the emotions and morals of young children. In addition, we also arranged winter vacation assignments for parents, that is, let parents take time out to accompany their children during the winter vacation, and take the children's books that they took home with their children to take a look and learn.

This home visit has left me a lot of profound and worthy of my reflection on things, which is a valuable experience for my future kindergarten teaching work.
