In 2019, one morning in the early winter, accompanied by touching and tears, unity and friendship, a unique indoor development training started. I am a participant in the expansion training. For me, this experiential training left me with a lot of sentiments and experiences.
Before expanding the training, I thought it was just the same training as usual. I didn't put this too much in my heart, and now I think about it, I still have to think about it for a certain research. This time, due to the unanimous arrangement of the college leaders, it can only be regarded as a task to "experience."
Due to the weather and climate, the expansion training and training activities were chosen to be held indoors. I thought this should be the best treatment for people like me. But now I think about it, maybe it is wrong.
Under the slogan of the coach of Hefei Development Training Co., Ltd., we started a day of indoor development training activities. I also experienced this kind of training at my own pace and at the teacher's pace. But the thoughts were not concentrated at the beginning, and they did not enter such training. So at the beginning, several simple warm-up exercises were not completed. However, after the official outreach training program began, I completely changed the one-sided understanding of the training.

I have experienced 7 projects in this expansion training, and I am deeply touched by each of the expansion training programs.
The first blind array:
The expansion training coach gave us all our eyes but didn't tell us what to do. At that time, everyone was confused and didn't know what would happen. The coach pulled us apart and finally told us to use a rope to form a square. People want an average division. For a moment, everyone didn't know how to do it. We only had 40 minutes to start talking for only five minutes, but it was wasted for us, because we were just looking for a rope, very busy. Did not sum up a unified opinion. In fact, the most crucial thing is that we did not recommend a leader to rely on everyone to give advice, there is no way to unify. But in the end we slowly groped with the feeling and finally put out a very rectangular square. It just took a lot of time. In this project, I realize that there is a long process in the development of anything. Without a process, there will be no result. If you want to have a good result, you will need to constantly correct the problems in the process.
The second back:
This item may be the hardest, not the difficulty factor of itself, but our inner and collective trust. When you stand on the stage and go back, no matter who you are, there will be a process of psychological struggle, just to see your willpower and trust in this collective. Although everyone has a sense of knowing my protection, as long as you are strong enough, I don't think this will be a problem.

I was deeply impressed by the one-day and one-night development training. The four words are summarized as follows: exulting, unexpected, full of rewards and worthy of this trip!
When I learned that I went to Xiangtan for extension training on June 26th and 27th, I was very happy in my heart because I had never participated in similar training and thought it was fun, but it was not.
On the evening of the 26th, Xiangtan Xingzhi Outreach Training Center. Our retail college conducted import-oriented training for 20 people in the county, and laid the foundation for the next day's expansion training. Through the introduction of training, we learned that experiential development training is a kind of breaking traditional education, from "prophet and then go" to "first and then know." After the introduction of the training, under the leadership of the coach, we went to the training and outreach training base, and the tents were sinned, but the "sin" was happy!
At 8:30 in the morning of the 27th, we began a day of experiential development training after the unified collection...
In the experience of the Eight Immortals crossing the sea, at the beginning, we all tried with a fun mood, but after several rounds of trials, we realized that we must correct our attitude and strengthen our confidence to defeat the Devil.
After trusting this experience project, I believe that you must trust your team and help each other to overcome psychological barriers. In the face of difficulties, we must learn to seek help from others.
The Tangram experience project is mainly to test our team coordination ability. Although we have not done very well, we learned the lesson: no matter whether we work or live, we can't be self-centered. Your heart must be equipped with others and teams. In the survival wall experience project, I felt the power of the team. When 19 of us climbed over 4 meters in height in a short period of time, only the last team member was left. Everyone was exhausted. At that time, there were players who wanted to give up, but our coach also had retail. The teacher of the college was anxious and shouted: Your teammates are being drowned by the sea, save him! Everyone quickly adjusted their emotions and worked together to save the last team member.
Through this day's overnight training, I think everyone has something to gain. I remember that Teacher Wu said: The end of training is the real beginning of training! After we came back, everyone joined hands to complete the challenge mission in June, and the spirit of expansion played in the last two days! On the evening of the 28th, the store manager summoned all the heads of the store to hold an emergency meeting: the difference from the challenge sales was more than 340,000, and the time was only two days, and the 30th was Monday, which was the downturn of the store sales. What should I do? In the past two days, everyone has been eager to invest in the field, doing the extravagance in the hot sun, running a large number of people, and the hard work pays off, we finally succeeded, everyone's face filled with happy smiles!
