First, the delivery date. The most important thing behind the delivery date is to reduce costs and create profits. The delivery date is the JIT in TPS. On-time delivery is considered to be one of the basic requirements of business integrity. If you deliver on time, your customers will be very satisfied. However, is it the earlier the customer is delivered, the more satisfied? In fact, on the contrary, premature delivery will make customers lack preparations, because customers may not have inventory space or related personnel arrangements, but will have the opposite effect. Toyota gave the definition of delivery time to deliver our products to designated locations at specified times. How to achieve this goal is to have a variety of training methods, Toyota has a single delivery period of 30 years. For example, the Toyota Group holds two very important meetings every year, including about seven or eight hundred people including executives. Usually at 9 o'clock in the morning, the bosses will definitely arrive at the venue at 9 o'clock on time.
