[Boutique] nurse speech
Dear leaders, teachers, nursing colleagues, everyone!
My name is xx, I graduated from xxx Technology School and I am now working in surgery.
I am very grateful to all the leaders for giving me this opportunity. At the same time, I am very honored to work in surgery. The surgical department has many sick, urgent, heavy, and really a place to train people. I have gained a lot in the past month. I go to work every day and get off work. Going late, I will go to Corey when I have time at night. Although I have lost a lot of spare time, I feel more than I have learned during working hours! I feel that I am growing every day and I am making progress every day! From the strangeness of the internship to the present Growth after work: I have been criticized by teachers and praised, but I have always adhered to the principle of winning and not arrogant, humbly asking for serious study, and guarding against arrogance in work. Under the careful knowledge of the teachers of my predecessors, I Not only did he learn what he wanted to think about the patient in his work, but he also learned how to behave in life. He not only learned some disease knowledge but also learned human care in patients. Growing up every day, the experience is gradually increasing, and I am growing up. The hospital gave me a lot and I learned a lot. From school to internship to work, the hospital cultivated me. It can be said that without the careful training of the hospital, there is no me today. I am not growing up today without my good future!!
In the future, I will work harder, keep learning, forge ahead, and combine theory and practice. I know that my future is still very long. I still have a lot to learn. It is far from a good nurse! But I will be in a fertile soil with a grateful heart and a heart of care. Work hard, harvest your hopes and fruits, and contribute your own meager strength to the hospital's brilliant career! I believe that under the careful guidance of the leading senior teachers, I will become an excellent nurse nurse!
Part 2: Nurse's speechEveryone present here, everyone, everyone! Today, my topic is "Ordinary Youth." Like many of my sisters, I am a very ordinary nurse. Wearing a nurse's uniform every day, wearing a swallow-tail cap shuttles between the ward and the corridor, repeating the cumbersome nursing work of injection, medicine, body temperature, blood pressure measurement, etc., regardless of day, night and winter, regardless of day and night. When I graduated, many friends around me asked me why I chose a nurse to work so hard and humble. I have also asked myself thousands of times whether I am willing to do such an ordinary job for a lifetime, letting youth go through the ordinary. In the blink of an eye, two years have passed, and my two years of nursing career have changed my heart. I found that the ordinary work was touched everywhere. One time in Icu for a tracheotomy patient care. The patient who can't speak is suddenly struggling to raise his hand in the air than to paint something. I can't understand what he wants. When I handed the paper and the pen to him, he wrote two words on the paper. Do you know what he wrote? I saw it clearly. The two words are: Thank you. I was so moved at the time that it was difficult to describe it in words. A patient whose life is dying still does not forget to say thank you to the nurse who is taking care of him. As a nurse, even hard work is worthwhile. This kind of movement is like the flower scent that penetrates the winter, just like the sun shining through the night, accompanied by the neat work clothes reflecting the solemn light, this light once again aroused my sense of responsibility and mission. What we do is an ordinary thing, but we can reflect our own value. Last year's 512 nurses' day, I accidentally received a greeting card from the Concord Hospital's high-dry ward. It turned out to be written by an old patient I met during the Concord Internship. In the greeting card, he said that I am a very loving child. I hope that I will continue to be a good white angel and say a lot of encouragement. I don't remember what I did for this old man. I don't know how he heard my address. Looking at the full two-page greeting card, my heart is not only touched, but also deeply thought. We are very ordinary, just like ordinary grass, and the grass is small and different, it can also be a vast expanse of prairie. Is there anything but material and only the frozen soil and the desert? What is the solid spirit of the green pastoral? What can be the support of the soul? A spring rain, a fall, a sweat, a harvest. When we worked hard, a sick patient faded from the face and recovered from hospitality; when we ushered in a new life in the heart full of shock and excitement; when we accumulate a patient's medical record after rehabilitation At the time of archiving, we will feel full of happiness and pride when the streets and lanes are reminiscing in the familiar smiles. For the patient, we are like a spring breeze. A cordial greeting will cause the patient to put a few shackles, an encouraging eye, which will increase the patient's strength. A pair of gentle hands will make the patient lose some pain... We are tiny drops of water, The place where you need it most, silently dedicated yourself. Some people say that it is the nurse who unveiled the curtain of life, and the nurse who brought the curtain of life. Indeed, in modern society, almost everyone's life is inseparable from nurses. It is a profession that is closely related to people's health and life. I am deeply ashamed of my doubts about this profession. I want to resolutely reject the temptation of impetuousness and stick to this ordinary and simple. Not for the nurse's career, not for the nurse's professional self-satisfaction, but not for the worldly inferiority. I want to accept the layers of real life, let the flexible life be repeated, and the tidal rise and fall will show firm maturity. CV copyright ownership
I want to interpret the true meaning of life with sincerity and patience, and call the sleeping life with compassion and love... I am no longer afraid that youth will pass in the ordinary, I want to let youth shine in the ordinary!
Part 3: Nurse's speechThe Mental Health Department, when you mention this title, everyone will think of those timid mental patients. The descriptions of the energetic patients by various media are also chilling. The mental health department of our hospital broke through in 1994, and I worked here for only five months. Asked me what I feel, working for this time, it’s really hard work, it’s hard to say. But I want to tell everyone with a sincere smile, I love my job, I love this special department, I love every mental patient! Because these patients with mental illness, they have various symptoms. Some of them happen to us to kick and play, and some girls like us are almost a kind of violent harassment. It is a rough meal for them to wash their stinky clothes. It is our job content. But when they pass our treatment and care, when the condition is getting better every day, most of them don't remember what I have done to them. Humane kindness, family-like warmth, brothers and sisters like patients and medical staff, this is understandable in any department.
The vast majority of patients, when they were admitted to the hospital, were commensurately excluded from the medical staff, but our main purpose is "to treat patients like relatives, everything for the patient, for the patient, for all patients, always pay attention to their own industry image, so that every A patient feels warm and intimate. "This ability is enough to win their trust, ability to adhere to the harmonious health of the care. This coordinated relationship between nurses and patients alleviates the mental cumbersomeness of patients, eliminates their concerns, allows them to open their hearts to us, renew their enthusiasm for their careers, hope for the future, and restore health faster.
Speaking, I just assigned me to the mental health department. I also had an idea. I am not willing to work in this department for a long time. Let me tell you a story that is produced by me: I will give you an example below. I trust everyone to understand the hard work and happiness in our work. Once there was a patient under the age of 20, when he came, he was a volcano, and he was irritated and violent to anyone at any time. Even the people who accompanied the bed were often suddenly attacked by him. He used his strong body to attack everyone around him, hurting others while hurting others. For the rest of the patients and himself, we sometimes had to tie the belt to keep him. But this patient actually bite the restraint band and carry the bed in the corridor. Everyone thinks about the patients who are not afraid, let alone those girls who are worthy of their age. As a nurse, we are no more courageous and stronger body than others. Once he was sick, he smashed me and saw that he was dangerous. When he was nursing him, I was really scared and basically did not dare to lean forward. However, the director and the head nurse looked at him like a loved one, not afraid of being dirty, not afraid of suffering, so patience is too fine, so pleasing to the eye, so tireless. The director took his hand and asked the long question, and the head nurse wiped his face for him. I was excited by them and I was impressed. I also learned that they automatically communicate with patients and enhance life care. Under our careful treatment and care, he quickly reached a clinical cure, and added a gift hat to our medical staff. Thank you. When the patient pulled out of my hand when I was discharged from the hospital, I said "Thank you, thank you!" At that time, my heart raised a sense of accomplishment, a kind of pride that I had never had before! From that time on, I was more at ease with my job. More love for this provocative department. All of our staff in the Department of Mental Health have a firm belief that we will use our obligation to exchange their confidence in overcoming the disease, exchange our love for their beliefs, and exchange our patience for their comfort. It is through such a day of healing and care that it is such a daily care of us with our understanding and love. We all have a shaken confidence in our hearts, that is: to exchange our hard work for the patient's physical and mental recovery, even if it is hard to be tired and only become a word "value"!
