The Student Union I know is an organization that serves classmates and assists the school in its activities. The organization department is an important part of the student union and an important helper for student organization.
If I can succeed in the election, I will try my best to do my job. I have learned from the past work experience how to better organize the work, mobilize all the forces that can be united; how to do things for others, learn how to be patient, how to solve Some contradictions, coordinate the relationship between students; how to deal with the contradiction between study and work. If my campaign is successful, I have the following work plans for the organization department:
One: for the new members to replace the team member certificate, timely collection of group fees; Second: for the group activities, strive to hold at least two group activities per class per semester, increase the innovation of the Youth League work in the new period; three: let each class The group secretary supports the squad leader to manage the class, is responsible for the discipline of each class, supervises the attendance, brings the group wei, and starts a good group class every month to enrich the students' knowledge; four: do a good job in joining the party, work hard to develop new members, supervise and push The principle of “fairness, justice and openness” for excellent work; five: assisting various departments to carry out various activities, obeying the arrangements of the school and teachers, and uploading and releasing them, and closely contacting the school league committee to do a good job in the management of the group. Guide each class to carry out positive activities, enrich the students' after-school life and so on. If I am successful in the election, I will improve myself, improve my quality in all aspects, and treat every thing with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. I will study harder and humbly ask for advice. If I make a mistake, I will change my words and praise. Be bold and innovative at work, not blindly engaged, and have plans to do things in principle.
I know that now more rhetoric is nothing more than paper talk, Napoleon said: soldiers who don't want to be generals are not good soldiers. Believe me, I will use actual actions to prove that I will be a good soldier. If I don't have a successful campaign, I still have some shortcomings, but I won't be discouraged.
