Personal introduction to the excellent class of art teaching
I graduated from art major and have been engaged in art teaching in middle school. In August of XX, the school asked me to be the first class guide. I immediately realized that a non-examination subject teacher was a disadvantage of the class. For example, I only had one class in the class one week, and I had less contact with the students and I understood the class situation. There are fewer opportunities for students. Now I have been working as a class leader for 8 years. During this period, I asked myself to go to the class every morning before the morning activities, look at the class situation, find students to talk, understand the situation, etc., so that this drawback does not exist. When I encountered problems, I actively asked them to discuss method strategies, learn from each other's strengths, and constantly accumulate experience. In the past few years, I have been honored to be rated as a city-level excellent class guide twice. This year I was promoted to be a city-level excellent class guide.
Through the actual situation of the past few years, I also have some ideas and practices for the class guidance work. In my work, I pay more attention to the following aspects:
1. Establish a good style of study. A new class, grasping class style and learning style are two major events in class construction. In the class construction, I promoted the “class cadre campaign system”, and then cultivated the ability of the class cadres to improve the responsibility system of the class cadres.
2, have "three hearts" for students, that is, love, patience and fairness.
The class leader must have a big love. I remember, I have a student. She is very young, her father is gone fishing, she lives in school. One night, about the second night of self-study, she told me that she was not feeling well. I immediately took her to the town hospital with a battery car. Two students in the class quarreled, one was the top ten in the class, and the other was poor and active. After investigation, I learned that although the student with poor grades made a joke and turned over, but the student with good grades, how can the class cadres start first? Therefore, I asked the two students to take the initiative to conduct a review in the class at noon the next day. Later, a student told me that they thought that the teacher always favored the students with good grades. It seems that the class leader has a normal heart and a fair heart, in order to get the students' conviction.
3, class guides should often "transfer thinking."
