Energy-saving lighting installation test report


In order to conscientiously study and practice the scientific development concept, actively promote energy-saving production, effectively control production costs, and strive to improve economic efficiency, through the production and operation department of the oil production plant, the actual energy-saving experiment of energy-saving lighting for Shaanxi Zhongsheng Technology Co., Ltd. was carried out in the xxx oil production brigade. The results of the installation experiment are now reported as follows:

First, the basic situation of installation

On June 5, 2019, after the production and operation department arranged, the oil production team leader was responsible for the actual experiment of lighting energy saving effect of Shaanxi Zhongsheng Technology Co., Ltd. in the xxx brigade. The actual lamp installation was completed by Zhongsheng Technology Co., Ltd. in June. Completed on the 10th, design single meter single meter data metering.

After the installation, the oil production team leader is responsible, the captain of the oil production area is specifically implemented, and the person in charge of the well station is used to record in detail. After actual experimental analysis, the energy saving effect is relatively obvious.

Third, the experimental effect analysis

The energy-saving lamps installed in 2x-40 wells and 2x-19 wells are indoor lighting, and the xxx checkpoints, No.1 water injection station, and 2x-29 wells are installed as outdoor explosion-proof lights.

Comparative analysis based on actual experiments

1. In terms of brightness, when the rated power of the energy-saving lamp is relatively small, the illumination brightness is 3-5 times that of the ordinary lamp.

2. In terms of power consumption and cost, the average single-hour power consumption of indoor lighting energy-saving lamps is 0.064 kw/h during the same period of use, and the average single-hour power consumption of ordinary lighting lamps is 0.2 kw/h, one-hour power saving. 0.136kw/h; the average single-hour power consumption of outdoor explosion-proof lighting energy-saving lamps is 0.26 kw/h; the average one-hour power consumption of ordinary explosion-proof lighting lamps is 0.45kw/h, and the energy saving per hour is 0.19 kw/h.

Outdoor explosion-proof lamp cost comparison

A general explosion-proof lamp annual cost = single hour power consumption x actual daily average usage time x days of use x electricity price = 0.45 kw / h x11h / day x 360 days x 0.79 yuan / kw / h = =1404.78 yuan

Calculation

Design: There are 2 lights and 1 explosion-proof lamp in each well site.

Single well ordinary lamp annual electricity consumption fee = 227.25 x2+1404.78=1859.28 yuan

Single well energy-saving lamp annual electricity consumption fee = 52.33 x2+813.38=918.04 yuan

Single well annual electricity saving fee = 1859.28-918.04=941.24 yuan

Note: The xxx oil production brigade has a total of 144 wellsites with an investment of 491,000 yuan and an annual electricity saving fee of 135,500 yuan. After three and a half years, the investment and savings are flat. In the remaining 1.5 years of the warranty period, the cost can be saved by 204,000 yuan.

3. In terms of service life, the average service life of ordinary lamps is 1 year in the same period of use, and the service life of energy-saving lamps is factory direct sales for 5 years.

4. In terms of commodity prices, the price of ordinary lighting is 2 yuan/piece, the price of energy-saving lamps is 680 yuan/piece, which is 340 times that of ordinary lamps; the price of ordinary explosion-proof lamps is 368 yuan/piece, and the price of energy-saving explosion-proof lamps is 2050 yuan. /, is 5.6 times that of ordinary explosion-proof lamps.

Fourth, comprehensive experimental evaluation

1. It has the effect of energy saving. The average single lamp of indoor lighting saves electricity by 0.15/kw/h, and the average single lamp of explosion-proof lighting saves electricity by 0.19/kw/h, which can reduce the production cost of the oil production plant.

2. In the case of the same power, the illumination brightness of the energy-saving lamp is 3-5 times that of the ordinary lighting, and the illumination brightness is relatively high.

3. After the installation, the manufacturer is responsible for the quality tracking service. From the date of use, the quality assurance within five years, except for human factors, can be replaced, and the cost is not charged.

4. The manufacturer is responsible for the installation, which can reduce the workload and labor intensity of the personnel of the unit.

Disadvantage

1, the price is particularly high, the initial investment is relatively large when introduced.
