1. Carefully organize parent conferences and attach importance to the creation of an English family environment.

In our school, the parents of the students go out to work more, and the students in the experimental class are mostly left-behind children. How to make these students under the supervision of “intergenerational” have a good family English learning environment is one of the problems faced by our research group. In response to this phenomenon, all members of the research team agreed after the consultation: the parents of the experimental class students will be held to effectively build the English family environment.

On March 3, the school's teaching office sent an invitation letter to the parents of the experimental class to hold the “Climb English Parent Training Session”. At 2:00 pm on March 6th, the “first-grade student parents climbed the English tutor training meeting” was held on time. More than 200 people, including parents of first-year students, teachers of the school, and director of the English Department of County Education Bureau, Yao Datian, attended the event. The experimental teacher's English training course is included in the school's school-based teaching and research assessment content, and the regulations and recognition of the experimental teacher's work are given in the system. After the meeting, the members of the research team strengthened the discussion on interactive learning. In this issue, each of the experimental teachers has taught 2 sessions.
