I. Performance of duties
In 2004, under the correct leadership of the group company, through the joint efforts of all employees, we have achieved gratifying results in terms of enterprise management, bidding, project management, cultural construction, and stable development, and completed the total output value of the enterprise. The recruitment task is 100 million yuan; the annual labor productivity per capita reaches 10,000 yuan; the average annual income of employees is 10,000 yuan. The company's comprehensive strength has increased and its social reputation has improved. Looking back at more than a year of work, there are mainly the following aspects:
1. Seriously study and implement the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee. 2. People are the most active factor in productivity, and the source and fundamental driving force for the revitalization and development of enterprises. Therefore, we must rely on employees to promote enterprise development, we must cultivate advanced corporate culture, and guide employees to put "integrity, emotion, responsibility and procedures" into the overall work, to play their talents, dedication, love, pragmatism, and standard operation. Through publicity, training and system construction, we will strengthen project management and implement the “Quality, Environmental Protection, Occupational Safety and Safety” Trinity Standardized Operation Program and other measures to promote the commitment of all projects to the owners in terms of safety, quality and construction period. Establish a good reputation and lay the foundation for the long-term development of the common cause.
3. Strengthen democratic management and establish good colleagues and social relations with sincerity and friendship. First, starting from the "hot spots", "difficult points" and "suspicions" that employees care about, we will thoroughly solve the major problems of the company's operation and management, reform and development, and do a good job in the integrity and self-discipline of leading cadres and the vital interests of the employees. As the general manager of the company, not only must possess all the qualities required for this position, but also grasp all aspects of information, maintain a keen sense of the law of the development of things, make ideas and ideas advance with the times, and put theoretical knowledge, market rules and corporate management The combination of reality can lead the company not to be eliminated by fierce market competition. Therefore, last year I fully utilized national policies and regulations to carry out financial supervision, audit supervision, quality supervision and efficiency supervision according to law. Combining long-term work with short-term specific work, in-depth analysis of the ideological and political, personnel management, organization setting, standardization program implementation, contract management, equipment management and other work in the company management and project management, from the perspective of long-term development of enterprises Initially determined the plan to deepen the management reform of enterprises. The reason for this work is because our project management tasks have increased year by year, but in the increasingly fierce market competition, the project profits are getting less and less, and reform, innovation, and potential gains and effects are imperative.
5. Attach great importance to business development. Recruiting enough construction tasks is the premise for all other work of the company. How to expand the construction share is an eternal subject that we should constantly explore. This year, after consulting with the team members of the company: We decided to increase investment, multiple channels and multiple ways to implement the key areas, focus on key projects, and the team members responsible for the management policy, and achieved gratifying results. At the same time, we have continually held business development meetings to guide business development staff to learn lessons, sum up experience, adjust bid ideas and strategies, increase sense of responsibility, and promote business development to adapt to market changes in order to improve management and management levels. The bidding rate will broaden the scope of business and the purpose of the construction field.
6. Always put the ideological style construction in the first place. Since I became the general manager of the company, I have continuously improved my ideological quality, broadened my horizons, and expanded my capacity. I always regard the power given to me by my superiors and employees as a responsibility and obligation, and resolutely implement the party and state policies and regulations as well as instructions from superiors. Second, the existing problems and future efforts to summarize my personal work, there is still a certain gap between the requirements of the higher level and the development of the enterprise. The performance is not rich enough in political theory and less business knowledge; there is a big gap between our corporate management behavior, employee personal behavior and business management philosophy; performance is not consistent with corporate management, project management and market rules; A series of other issues that are about to emerge after the enterprise reform. In the future, I will strengthen my study and improve my ideological awareness, work ability and management level.
