In April this year, the Provincial Health Department advocated the establishment of a “People's Satisfaction Hospital” activity in the province's medical and health units. This activity is a very good measure for improving service quality, establishing hospital image and promoting hospital development. In order to carry out this activity in a solid and effective manner and promote the work of the hospital, we mainly work on the following four aspects:
First, work hard to improve the quality of medical care, and strive to improve the awareness of medical quality, and form a good atmosphere of "quality hospitals." We have established and improved the necessary medical quality management organizations with “clear hierarchy, clear responsibilities and functions in place”, perfected various medical systems and formed a strict supervision and punishment mechanism, and implemented a series of measures and methods to ensure medical quality. The business dean conducts business rounds at least once a week in a clinical department, and the relevant functional departments go to the ward every week to check the implementation of the medical quality system. Since the launch of the activity, the quality of medical care has improved significantly, and no medical accident has occurred throughout the year. The hospital business volume has also grown rapidly. The number of outpatients and inpatients increased by 10% and 21% respectively over the same period of last year.
The second is to work hard to improve medical services. This year, we will clean up more than one hundred high-priced, new drugs that can be replaced by ordinary drugs, out of the hospital medicine rack, and all drugs at the same time. The implementation of the purchase price has effectively reduced the cost of medicines and lowered the price of medicines. The average price reduction rate has reached 40%. According to incomplete statistics, the hospital has benefited more than 1.6 million yuan. At the same time, all departments are required to adhere to reasonable examination, rational use of drugs, reasonable treatment, advocate low-cost, good effect of "simple treatment", correct the behavior of indiscriminate examinations and open large prescriptions, and have developed a basic drug based on common drugs. In order to standardize the hospital's charging behavior, the hospital's internal audit department was set up to conduct irregular audits of various hospital departments' charges. The satisfaction of outpatients in the comprehensive evaluation was 90%, and the inpatients were hospitalized. The satisfaction rate is 95%. At the end of October, our hospital has successfully passed the assessment of the County Health Bureau and won the county-level “People's Satisfaction Hospital” and has applied for the municipal “People's Satisfaction Hospital”.
Highlight key points, strengthen discipline construction, and focus on building a talent structure for hospitals.
Grasping discipline construction is the basis for improving medical quality and an important guarantee for hospital development. In view of the fact that the current discipline construction in our hospital is not standardized, the advantages and characteristics of the specialty are not obvious, and the phenomenon of talents being broken is based on the development direction of contemporary medical technology and the actual situation of each department, giving full play to the regulatory role of the market and constructing the discipline. Adjust, highlight key points, develop strengths, and support characteristics. In terms of personnel training, the hospital adopts various forms to improve the technical level of medical personnel, and shifts the focus to the training of specialist talents and academic leaders. This year, more than 10 young doctors with good business skills and strong work ability have been selected to study in famous hospitals in Beijing and Shanghai. This has laid a certain foundation for improving the talent structure of our hospital and improving the technical level and medical management standards of our college. At the same time, in the preparations for the year, the surgery will be divided into three sections. The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is divided into gynaecology and obstetrics. Due to historical reasons, the current business land area of ​​our hospital is only 23 mu, which can no longer meet the medical needs, and there is no possibility of expansion in the surrounding area, which further restricts the development of hospitals in the future. In order to further improve the environment for the people's health care, and lay the foundation for the development of the hospital, this year's hospitals will review the situation, from the long-term development combined with urban construction, convenient people to seek medical treatment, self-raised funds of 3.5 million yuan, the purchase of land next to the Silver Avenue 65 acres, used to build a branch of the People's Hospital. At present, the land acquisition work is nearing completion, and it is preparing to open roads and level the land.

Innovative service ideas, broadening the medical service market often based on the "people-oriented" concept, innovative ideas, the county's first health care center that integrates medical insurance, community services, and health checkups.
