According to the requirements of the County Commission for Discipline Inspection, the current work situation in the past year and the work ideas for the next year are briefly reported as follows:

First, diligent government for the people, the benefits of agricultural policies to strengthen structural adjustment

Guided by the spirit of the provinces, municipalities and counties, we adhere to the “three rural” work guidelines of “giving more, less taking, and releasing”, in rural biogas construction, agricultural machinery subsidy purchase, demonstration improved seed subsidies, farmer training transfer and information. In the construction of village projects, we should make full use of the policies of supporting agriculture and benefiting farmers, ensuring the full implementation of the peasant-related projects and the rational use of each peasant fund; we will adjust the industrial structure as an important basis for improving the economic development of the county. The agricultural layout of “Dongzao, Xicao, Zhongsang, Beiliang and Nancai” is based on the development of “one village and one product”, taking the Zhongmu plate as a demonstration, making full use of limited cultivated land resources and vigorously developing sericulture. , red dates, sheep grass, potato products, vegetables, walnuts, small fruits, small miscellaneous grains, eight characteristic industries, actively explore the "company + base + farmers" industrial production mode, and strive to create characteristics, and constantly build agricultural brands; in land contracting In terms of work, we must first study and practice internal strength, strive to thoroughly understand policies and relevant laws and regulations, and second, conscientiously implement the CPC Central Committee on promoting rural reform. County government task indicators completed:

Main work implementation

1. Rural biogas construction

The county overcomes the specific difficulties of insufficient funds, labor shortage, and fewer raw materials. It has built 940 rural household biogas with a total investment of 4 million yuan, including a subsidy of 1.58 million yuan in the province and 300,000 yuan in the city. The farmers raised 2.12 million yuan and completed 94% of the annual plan. According to the expansion of domestic demand, there are 10 breeding communities, 14 joint households and 23 service outlets.

2. Farmers' income increase project

First, the grain yield improvement project: promotion of ditch planting, protected land cultivation, formula fertilization and other dry farming techniques of 73,000 mu; introduction of detoxification purple flower white first-class excellent seed potato 450,000 kg, introduction of Denghai No.9, Shen single corn variety 4000 kilograms; 17,000 mu of standardized production demonstration base for small grains was established. The technical indicators such as test density and fertilization provided the basis for high-yield cultivation in the future. One hundred acres of small grain and grain science and technology demonstration park was established, and the production was measured, which increased production by 28%.
