First, earnestly study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, and the important thinking of the "Three Represents", and strive to improve the ability to use Marxist theory, viewpoints, and methods to study, analyze, and solve practical problems. The second is to actively study safety production and other services, and further strengthen the study of the theory of party style and clean government construction and safety production supervision and management, basically master the business knowledge of safety production supervision and management, and continuously improve business knowledge, leadership and law enforcement. During the work of the deputy secretary of the Party Committee and the secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of the town, he first selected the breakthrough point, starting with the family planning work, uniting the other team members under the leadership of the party and government leaders, unifying thoughts, working together, and doing a good job. The work of each link has created a good situation for the town's family planning work, and removed the card for the yellow card warning of family planning work, which has won unanimous praise from leaders at all levels. Thirdly, with a point-to-point approach, we will comprehensively promote the comprehensive management of social security, armed forces, and village-building land, and have better completed the tasks assigned by superiors and leaders.

To supervise and inspect the implementation of “three simultaneous”, participate in the design review and completion acceptance of new construction, reconstruction and expansion of enterprises and institutions and major technological transformation projects, and supervise the enterprises and institutions of relevant departments to design safety facilities and main projects at the same time. Construction and production at the same time; check the safety and health of enterprises and institutions, urge enterprises to eliminate accidents in time; organize investigation and handling of casualties, authorize the report of accidents; and enterprises and responsible persons who violate safety production regulations, roots Seriousness of the case in accordance with relevant regulations, appropriate penalties and recommended the relevant authorities to give administrative sanction; organize the formulation of production safety, occupational safety and health regulations and standards. This year, the number of production safety accidents, the number of casualties and direct economic losses in the county decreased year-on-year, and the county's safe production situation improved steadily.

Third, hard work, honest and political

I have always carried forward the fine tradition of hard work and hard work, and paid attention to self-construction. I always strictly demand myself by the standards of the Communist Party members, so as to be self-disciplined, introspective, self-politic and self-motivated.
