1. Pioneering and innovating, clarifying work ideas. As the comprehensive coordination department of the government, the office serves both the leader and the department, and also directly contacts the public. The task is complicated and arduous. To this end, I adhere to the practice of the first point of view, firmly establish innovative ideas, strengthen the sense of dedication, staff awareness, diligence, window awareness and enterprising, and constantly improve working methods. For example, this year, in order to cooperate with the leaders to do a good job in the endowment insurance for land-expropriated farmers in the industrial base, I took the initiative to invite the relevant leaders of the Labor Bureau, the Social Security Bureau, the Finance Bureau and the Maojialing Township to conduct research on relevant work, and to conduct seminars, visits and visits. The leaders of the districts attached great importance and made positive contributions to the promotion of industrial base construction. 3. Strengthen coordination and form a joint effort. The office is a special group of government agencies. 4. Strengthen construction and establish a first-class image. To do a good job in the office, we must have a high-quality team.
