I took the post of deputy mayor in August this year. Since I took office, in accordance with the overall arrangement of the municipal party committee and the municipal government on the construction of a clean government, guided by the important thinking of the "three represents," we have worked hard to strengthen our own construction in line with the requirements of the party's work style and clean government construction responsibility system. , the objectives of each task are well completed. I will report on the construction of my clean government as follows:

First, study hard and firmly establish the concept of purpose

I have changed from a military to a local place, and my role, work target, and work environment have changed dramatically. However, the requirements for self-discipline and self-discipline are not interrupted, relaxed, and unchanged. In order to perform my duties better, I insist on studying the spirit of the 16th Party Congress and the important thinking of the "Three Represents". I always keep in mind the "two musts" and maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee in ideological and political terms. Shortly after I arrived, the organization provided me with the opportunity to go to the provincial party school for a three-month systematic study. During these three months, I have carefully studied the relevant archives spirit of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening the building of party style and clean government and in-depth anti-corruption struggle. In addition, I also use my spare time to study the relevant provisions of party discipline regulations and clean government construction. By strengthening self-construction, we have further strengthened the lofty ideals of communism and the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, turning the construction of a clean government into a conscious action, which runs through daily work. Resolutely achieved the right to use for the people, benefit the people, consciously resist the erosion of the unhealthy wind and corruption, and enhance the ability to resist corruption.

Second, strict self-discipline, always pay attention to the image of party members

As a cadre who has grown up under the party's training, all his talents and opportunities to display his talents are given by the party. He must not disappoint the party's care and trust. In my work and life, I always have high standards and strict requirements for myself. I take the lead in setting a good example. I set an example and ask others to do it. I must do it first. If I ask others not to do it, I will not do it first, and strictly restrain my own words and deeds. . Since I became the deputy mayor, I have insisted that self-discipline should start from small things and start from scratch. My family is not in the city. I insist on living in the office, eating in the canteen of the office, never eating and reimbursing any expenses. Under the investigation of the grassroots level, light vehicles are simple, no cars are dispatched, and cars are used indiscriminately. Strictly demanding the children of the family and the staff around them, they are not allowed to seek personal gains and privileges in their own name, educate them not to do things that violate the law and discipline, and completely eliminate the "black under the lamp." Eight hours away, I strictly participated in the social circle in accordance with the relevant regulations and consciously safeguarded the party’s good image among the people. In daily life, pay attention to carrying forward the fine traditions of hard work, always maintain the sentiments and integrity of the Communist Party members, cultivate positive and positive life interests, and achieve self-respect, self-examination, self-policing, self-motivation, truly unsatisfactory, unjust We don’t take money, we don’t do anything illegal, and we can stand the test of reform, opening up, market economy, and governance.

Third, strengthen management, and earnestly do a good job in building a clean government

While doing a good job of self-construction, I have strengthened the management of party style and clean government construction within the scope of supervision. First, always do not hesitate, insist on the alarm bell. Regarding the construction of party style and clean government in the government-administered departments, it pays attention to the "three simultaneous", that is, to do a good job of building a clean government while arranging the deployment work; to carry out the construction of a clean government at the same time as the development of a clean government education; . The second is to refine management and improve rules and regulations. In response to the industry characteristics and actual conditions of different departments within the scope of the management, help them analyze the situation, formulate measures, and establish a system of rules and regulations, "have a heavy burden on everyone, and everyone has a goal on the shoulders", and actually have plans, measures, and Implementation, inspection, and realization of the task of building a clean government from virtual to real, from soft to hard, from fuzzy to clear. The third is to go deep into the actual situation and strengthen supervision and inspection. Through regular and irregular management of departments, we will take the form of on-the-spot investigations, seminars, and reports to understand the situation and grasp the first-hand information on building a clean government, and timely identify and solve problems and tendencies.

In the future work, I will continue to strengthen the party spirit cultivation and exercise in accordance with the requirements of the "three represents" and "three thinks and thinks", build a strong ideological defense line against corruption and change, and consciously be a public servant. Highlight the key points of work, do a good job of weak links, fulfill the important duties assigned by the party and the people, make every effort, and fulfill their duties, making new contributions to the reform, development and stability of the city.
