First, the main results:
1. Leaders attach importance. The party committees of all systems attached great importance to the organization of the spirit of learning archives and unified their ideological understanding. According to the actual implementation of the opinions of the party committees, the departmental units that serve the grassroots and serve the people are selected as pilot projects. For example, the Party Committee of the Land and Resources Bureau has launched five branches including the Environmental Sanitation Department, the Municipal Administration Department, the Housing Management Office, the City Supervision Brigade and the Environmental Protection Bureau; the government system party committee has launched two branches including the Audit Bureau and the Highway Branch, and the Party Committee of the Finance and Taxation System has introduced national and local taxes. In the specific implementation process, party organizations at all levels can be meticulously organized and carefully deployed, and truly achieve the three positions - the idea is in place, the organization is in place, and the personnel are in place. For example, the Party Committee of the Land and Resources Bureau took the lead in launching the first artillery in the city--the convening of the Party Branch of the Environmental Protection Division, the deputy secretary of the Party Branch, and the full-time deputy secretary of the party committee personally presided over the briefings of the pilot units. 2. The work is carried out in an orderly manner. Most of the pilot units attached great importance to the seminar, and the conference was held in a well-organized manner. The conference was organized and closely related to the theme; the participants were actively involved, serious and responsible, and had a high sense of responsibility and mission. For example, 168 faculty members, parents, and members of the Shishi Yizhong branch participated in the conference on time, braving the cold wind to listen to the report, and were responsible for filling out the assessment form. In addition to all party members and cadres and workers, most of the units invited the relevant members of the public and the public to participate, highlighting the combination of internal and external party supervision; the rate of recovery of the democratic assessment form is 100%, and the comprehensive evaluation results are better. 3. The report is informative. The contents of most of the pilot units are more relevant to the actual situation of the unit. They can report from the five aspects in accordance with the requirements of the “Proposal”. Second, there are problems:

The number of people participating in the conference was small, and some of them were less than 3%. Some did not invite relevant personnel to attend, and the supervision outside the party was insufficient.
3. The rectification and improvement phase is not implemented enough. After the end of the debriefing and debriefing conference, the rectification and implementation were not carried out in time for the poorly reflected individual, and the work was finished and it did not really receive any practical results.

In view of the above problems, this year in the process of full implementation, we must conscientiously organize and implement according to the requirements of the lion commissioner [2004] No. 28, focusing on the following work:
1. Strengthen organizational leadership and conscientiously implement responsibilities. Party organizations at all levels should thoroughly study and implement the "Regulations", raise their ideological understanding of the work of debriefing, and earnestly implement leadership responsibilities and strengthen supervision and guidance. The party general branch and the party branch secretary are the first responsible persons in the debriefing work. They should conscientiously study the spirit of the archives, strengthen the concept of discipline and consciously accept the awareness of supervision, profoundly carry out self-inspection, fully implement the responsibility system for party style and clean government construction, and actively promote The work of debriefing and honesty has achieved practical results; the party committees of all systems should attach great importance to it, carefully organize, carefully arrange the deployment, grasp every link after the pre-conference, ensure the orderly work, strengthen the follow-up guidance, ensure that the work is solid and serious, and do not go through the scene. , received actual results.
2. Increase publicity and extensively solicit opinions. It is necessary to increase publicity before the debriefing of the conference, and use the media and publicity columns to vigorously publicize the purpose and significance of the debriefing and debriefing work, so that the broad masses of cadres and people actively participate in the supervision, so that party members and leading cadres can consciously accept supervision; Let the party members and cadres and workers who attend the meeting have an overall understanding of their thoughts and have sufficient preparations for their actions.
