First, their own quality, ability, and learning situation

This is the time to maintain the advanced nature of party members. Therefore, I have done a good job in learning. Since I have never left the teaching and research work, I am not very unfamiliar with the new management. In the discipline construction and scientific research management, in the concept of learning, research and innovation, I strive to work with my colleagues and the faculty of the whole school. The workers work together to push the work to a higher level.

Of course, I have a better sense of the overall situation and the ability to communicate and cooperate with each other. I can work with the vast majority of people, and I can understand the basic situation and make decisions on the basis of my mind.

Due to the adjustment of the division of labor, the new work is still in the familiar and initial stage. Of course, the previous work performance is remarkable and huge. Of course, I am a shortcoming and a very serious person. Some problems are realized by myself. Some of them are not aware of themselves. I urge my comrades to criticize and correct.

First of all, the lack of initiative in the work is only satisfied with the handling of daily work, lack of thinking and promotion of the overall work, and reluctance to touch on some very difficult problems. Therefore, the promotion work is not too big, work Progress is affected.

Secondly, the systematic, holistic and creative thinking and design of the work is not enough. In particular, the main contradiction is found out, and the ability to find a breakthrough in solving the problem is insufficient. Therefore, there is often a sense of blindness in the work.

Third, the ability to deal with difficult and complex problems is poor. Of course, I am not afraid, but lack experience, and the fire is not well grasped.

Fourth, the deficiencies in encouraging the enthusiasm of cadres, especially in encouraging praise, are stricter on cadres and sometimes even harsh.

Fifth, it is still not easy to learn and grasp. It is often excused by busy work and poor health. Because of the high level of knowledge, ability, personality, art, etc. If you do not step up your study, exercise, or improvement, you will not be able to adapt.

My shortcomings, some are personality problems, some are not enough for study, cultivation, and exercise. In the future, I will improve the purpose and purpose.
