1. Actively promote the reform of the cadre personnel system and establish an open, equal, competitive, and merit-based cadre appointment mechanism. First, in accordance with the cadre appointment rules, the functions, functions, and preparations were carried out in a serious, steady, and solid manner. In the course of a series of links in actual work, in accordance with the principle of openness and transparency, I work conscientiously and meticulously, adhere to standards, and do not engage in black-box operations, so that all departments can effectively achieve the idea, the order is not chaotic, and the work is functioning normally. 2. Seriously implement the requirements of leading cadres in a clean and honest administration. First, conscientiously implement the provisions of leading cadres who are not allowed to accept cash, securities, and payment vouchers from relevant units and individuals. Second, strict implementation of the spouse and child employment regulations of leading cadres. The third is to strengthen the verification and approval of new construction projects, car purchases, and leading cadres going abroad.
3. Solidly promote the open work of government affairs and village affairs. This year, in accordance with the requirements, the Ministry actively organized and cooperated with relevant departments to conduct government affairs disclosure and supervision work. In order to consolidate and expand the achievements of the "Three Represents" academic and educational activities, strengthen the construction of rural grassroots political power and the construction of organizational systems, and solve some problems such as unpopular, false disclosure or untimely disclosure of some administrative villages and villages, our ministry will be formed with the Civil Affairs Bureau and other departments. The Joint Inspection Team conducted special supervision on the disclosure of village affairs in 122 administrative villages in the district. 4. Seriously carried out the economic responsibility audit and departure audit of leading cadres. In accordance with the "Implementation Opinions on Further Conducting Economic Responsibility Audit Work", the main body and scope of the audit, the scope and content of the audit were further clarified, the auditing procedures were rigorous, and the economic responsibility audit and departure audit of the department-level cadres were strengthened.
5. Further strengthen the construction of the organization's work style. This year, I actively cooperated with the District Party Office, the Party Style and Clean Government Construction Office, the Party Work Committee and the Supervision Office to conduct a major inspection of the work style. The cadres of our ministries earnestly fulfilled the "five adherences" and "seven inaccuracies" of the cadres, and actively carried out the activities of "Study the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee and Comrade Niu Yuru" in the ministry, and the work efficiency was significantly improved. The work style of the agency has been further transformed.
