According to the unified arrangements of the company's party committees, it is in line with the requirements of the "Provisions on the Integrity and Self-discipline of Leading Cadres at the Department Levels" and "Several Provisions on Diligence and Administration of Leading Cadres at the Department Levels". I will give a brief report to the leaders and colleagues present here on the situation of self-discipline and self-discipline in the past year. Please correct me if you are not appropriate.
First, personal integrity and self-discipline
1. Pay attention to study, pay attention to the transformation of your own world outlook, build an ideological defense line that resists corruption and change, strengthen its own quality, and improve the immunity of “preservation”. Actively and seriously participate in the party committee center group study. Study and implement the two "Regulations" and warning education. Emphasis is placed on combining the theoretical study of the construction of a clean government with the study of political theory, strengthening the ideals and beliefs, adhering to the popular line, dissatisfying the satisfaction of employees, advocating dissatisfaction, and supporting non-support as the ultimate goal of measuring the effectiveness of work.
2. Conscientiously implement the principle of democratic centralism. Small things take the initiative to study and discuss with the comrades in the department. Major events are submitted to the administrative office or the party committee for research, strictly in accordance with the decision of collective research, and the phenomenon of self-assertion from the principle of no-supersexuality.
3. My family's income is all derived from the wages, allowances, bonuses, etc. of the husband and wife. Family life is arranged in line with the principle of “taking in and out, diligently keeping the family”. I can manage my family members strictly in accordance with the requirements of honesty and self-discipline, and I have never raised any unreasonable demands from the subordinate units.
4, can handle all kinds of relationships in social affairs according to law, be kind to friends and family. Friends and relatives help, strictly in accordance with the regulations. The phenomenon of incompetence and power to suppress people, and those who violate the law and discipline without principle are determined not to help. For the benefit of employees, the agricultural and sideline products of relatives and friends have never been promoted.
5. I am entrusted by the factory manager to manage the work. Can consciously maintain the authority of the "number one". In charge of the work, take the initiative and take the initiative, and try to achieve "executive power, smooth government orders."
6. The reimbursement fee, return fee, handling fee, etc. given by any unit have never been collected during the work. Never received cash or securities from subordinate units and individuals. I and my family have not reimbursed the expenses payable by the individual in the subordinate unit. Cash and securities were not given to leading cadres.
7, can consciously put an end to luxury enjoyment, extravagance and waste. Work hard to save money. It’s not too lavish to talk about life.
Second, there are problems
1. There are still loopholes in the internal control system. Serious violations of discipline and discipline have occurred in the water supply workshop, causing adverse effects and responsibility.
2. Although we continue to study and practice business knowledge. But there is still a gap with the requirements.
Third, the direction of future work efforts
1. Be strict with the law and manage yourself. Everyone is strict with the standards of party members and cadres, and always disciplines themselves with the rules of honesty and self-discipline. Take care of your own hands, pipe your mouth, and control your feet. Do things seriously and be practical.
