After more than two years of doing my job around the center, through the correct guidance and help of the NPC, we have focused on the following tasks in the work center of the municipal party committee and municipal government:

Strengthening the concept of the legal system and ensuring that the financial department in accordance with the law is the main body of law enforcement in the state financial administrative laws and regulations. In the past two years, we have combined three lectures, three studies, and three representative educations to do a good job in rectifying the financial system. Second, there are problems and rectification measures for more than two years. Although I have worked hard to do my own job, there are still many shortcomings:

But for me, adapting to the environment, familiarizing with business still needs a process, coping with daily transactional work, and studying the financial economic theory system. less. Second, work development and innovation are not enough. The main performance is that the cadres' arbitrariness and rotation exchanges are too conservative, and the allocation of funds for adjustment is not strong, and the relevant financial management measures have not kept up.
Third, there are more general calls for team building and cadre education, and less elaborate ideological and political work. I believe in system management too much, I believe that cadres are self-disciplined, work is not comprehensive, and they are not meticulous. They are not alert to some signs, and they have not been criticized and educated in time. The fifth is to strive for more support from higher levels, and less research on the financial management system of cities, counties, townships and units. A small number of townships and towns have unscientific financial systems, their financial resources are insufficient, and the funding arrangements are unreasonable. In response to the above problems, I will proceed from the following aspects and rectify:
The first is to strengthen theoretical study and further improve their own quality. Familiarity with financial business cannot replace the pursuit of a higher level of personal literacy.
