1. 3. Recruiting technical personnel and intensifying training In order to adapt to the continuous development of new products, the production line applied to the company for 104 employees during the year, including 71 employees and 33 welders. 7. Summarizing the results and improving the safety work is the eternal theme of the company. At the beginning of the year, the company signed a safety production responsibility with all the employees, clarified the safety responsibilities of each type of work, and implemented the reward and punishment measures, but the safety production was not optimistic, and many occurred during the year. Responsible safety accidents, total of 10 personal safety accidents, 8 equipment safety accidents, especially the Zhou Songping major responsibility safety accident occurred on September 9 in the new district, which is distressing and more worthy of shock and reflection from our management staff. Safety work can not be paralyzed and slack. Throughout the analysis, there are three reasons for the safety accidents: First, our individual employees are unconscious, do not strictly abide by the rules and regulations, have a weak sense of safety, blindly pursue production, blindly and brutally work; second, unskillful operation, poor job skills; third, departmental safety The work focuses on oral education, the implementation of the normative system is not enough, there are random phenomena in the work, there are chapters that do not follow, disciplinary violations, and a sense of luck, which has spawned the spread of security risks. In this regard, we will summarize the problems in the preliminary work, change the slogan, archives, methods of meeting implementation, focus on site management, on-site education, on-site assessment. In-depth safety publicity and education work will be carried out to enable employees to form a self-protection awareness and a safe environment for safety production in psychology, thought and behavior, and to minimize the occurrence of safety accidents.
Quality is the key to the solid development of any enterprise. Only with excellent quality, can enterprises develop from an emerging to a long-term, that is, an unbeaten climate, and development will be smooth. In order to meet the needs of market development, this year is the first year of the company's development from stamping parts to assembly welding parts. Because we don't know enough about the requirements of welding assembly products, the control hand is not comprehensive, the process is not fully mature, leading to welding. Leakage process, batch rework during new product trials, small batch scrapping, etc., have a certain negative impact on the OEM.
