In XX, the “February Report on the Feasibility of Urban Water Supply in the City” was compiled by the Shanxi Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute, and the “Report on the Demonstration of Urban Water Supply Sources in the City of the City” prepared by the Shanxi Provincial Survey and Design Institute was passed. Entrusted by the municipal government, the municipal water supply expansion project headquarters is the legal entity of the project. In order to ensure the quality of the project, bidding is carried out in strict accordance with the procedures prescribed by the state, and Shanxi Huaan Tendering Co., Ltd. is entrusted to act as agent. Entrusted Shanxi Provincial Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute to compile and water resources argumentation commissioned by Shanxi Provincial Survey and Design Institute to conduct exploration and mining combined with sinking wells, the other projects were all bidding, and the supervision bidding was Shanxi Unicom Construction Supervision Engineering Co., Ltd. For the ** City Water Resources Exploration Drilling Team, the water plant project bidding is the third branch of ** City New City Construction and Installation Co., Ltd., the distribution and distribution network project is the third branch of ** City Construction and Installation Company, ** Municipal Municipal Corporation **City Jian'an Headquarters, ** City Water Supply Company, Shenjing Pump House Project is **Kaiji Construction Company, Automation Control Engineering is Shanxi Keda Automatic Control Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Transmission and Distribution Engineering is Shanxi Xintian Electric Power Industry Co., Ltd. The groundbreaking of the foundation was officially started. It was completed in April XX and began trial operation in January XX.
According to the initial establishment, the total investment of the project is 46.82 million yuan, and the total investment of the actual project is 39.776 million yuan, of which the water source project is 11.582 million yuan, the water plant construction is 7.158 million yuan, the water pipeline is 7.903 million yuan, and the water distribution pipeline is 9.727 million yuan. Equipment investment was 3.403 million yuan.
The water source engineering sinking project began in July XX and was completed in August XX. A total of 18 wells were drilled and 18 well pumping houses were built. The total water output was 23,280 cubic meters per day. The municipal government invested 5.86 million yuan to purchase 10 eyes of water wells to be delivered to the water company for unified management. The above 28 wells were subjected to water sample collection and water quality assessment, all of which met the sanitary standards for drinking water.
The construction of the water plant began construction in April XX and was completed at the end of XX. It has completed a 3,000 cubic meter clear water tank, a pressurized pump room, a comprehensive office building, an auxiliary room, a chlorination room, a boiler room, and a laboratory test. Room, etc.; the Dongshui Plant was rebuilt, the original pressurized pump room was rebuilt, 4 sets of pressure pumps were replaced, a new transformer room was built, and frequency conversion cabinets and electrical control equipment were added.
The water pipe network project started construction in XX and was completed in XX. A total of 42115 meters of water source to water plant area dn160mm-dn400mmpvc water pipeline was completed, and 58 valve wells were completed.
The water distribution network project started construction in XX, and was completed in May XX. The water plant area was completed to 33115 meters of dn110mm-dn250mmpvc water distribution pipeline and 126630 meters of PVC distribution pipeline below dn110mm. After the installation of each pipe network, the strength test was carried out strictly, which met the requirements of design and construction acceptance. All the pipe networks have been operating normally since the grid connection.
Water supply equipment: centrifugal pumps, electric single beams, various valves, power distribution cabinets, transformers, automatic control cabinets, etc. have all been commissioned and operated, and passed the on-site inspection and acceptance to meet the acceptance criteria. All equipments are operating normally.
