Since 95% of our product market is oriented to society, the external market is greatly affected by social market fluctuations. For example, the automobile manufacturing industry has turned sharply and the demand for spare parts has decreased. This has caused the foundry, which mainly deals in auto parts and accessories in Longkou, to be in trouble. The company stopped production and holiday, many customers of our company also requested to suspend supply, resulting in fewer orders, sand workshops stopped production, production decreased, sales revenue decreased. Facing the sluggishness of the foundry industry in the first half of the year and the production and operation itself is an unfavorable situation in the off-season. On the one hand, our company has increased market development efforts and actively sought new partners, focusing on the development of Yantai Hanfeng's excavator parts, Qingdao foreign trade stainless steel. Castings, etc., formed an order reserve of 10 million yuan, on the other hand, conscientiously organize production, strict management system, pay close attention to saving and reducing consumption, improve product quality, and strive to reverse the passive situation of production and operation. The actual operating profit of this month is -15.4 million yuan. From January to July, the accumulated profit was -63 million yuan, and the interest on loans was 595,000 yuan. 5. Accounts receivable: At the end of July, the balance of accounts receivable of our factory was 4.234 million yuan, which was 4.49 million yuan lower than the 4.48 million yuan at the beginning of the year.

In response to the situation of the company in the first half of the year, we carefully analyzed the various factors affecting production and management, mainly in the following aspects.

First, the instability of safety production work. In the first half of the year, a leakage accident occurred in our company, which failed to achieve safe production, and also caused passiveness to the production organization. Second, the entire casting industry was sluggish in the first half of the year, and 95% of our products are oriented to the external market, accounting for only 3-5% of the internals. In the absence of any preferential policies, it is very difficult for our company to compete with social private enterprises, especially in terms of product prices and labor costs.

Third, the product quality is not stable enough, the capital turnover is not smooth enough, and the price increase of raw materials exceeds the price increase of the product, which has brought a great impact on production and operation. Especially in terms of electricity charges, due to the cancellation of the peak and valley electricity assessment this year, the electricity per kilowatt hour has increased by 0.13 yuan, which has a great impact on us.

2. Measures for safety management, economic operation and restructuring reform in the second half of the year

Recently, through the unremitting efforts of the company, there have been great changes in security, production and market development. In the second half of the year, it is expected that the situation of the foundry industry will gradually warm up. We will seize this favorable opportunity, increase the market development and sales personnel, formulate special incentive policies, mobilize its enthusiasm, and strive to achieve new breakthroughs in market development. At present, orders for various products have basically met the production needs in the second half of the year. The company will take various measures to increase production and ensure a substantial increase in output value and profits on the premise of ensuring fullness. The annual production value is expected to be 25 million yuan, the sales income is 23 million yuan, the profit is 500,000 yuan, and the accounts receivable are compressed within 4 million yuan. In order to achieve these goals, we will do the following carefully.

First of all, we must constantly strengthen the safety management work.

On the basis of earnestly taking lessons from the accident, we will take safety production as the top priority of the company's management work, and take various measures to ensure safe production without accidents.

First, insist on carrying out safety training. The safety regulations, the operating procedures of various types of work and equipment, and emergency rescue knowledge will be the focus of training, and the awareness and safety will be continuously strengthened.

Second, continue to carry out in-depth security and rectification activities focusing on safe use of electricity. Check and rectify the grounding conditions of all electrical equipment, and strengthen the temporary power management. Check and test the electrical equipment and power supply lines at the production site at least twice a month, and timely issue the parts and lines with problems. Replace it to ensure full power.

The third is to highlight the safety focus and do a good job of effective monitoring of the weak links. Strengthen the on-site management of midnight shifts, adhere to the company's 24-hour duty, workshop management staff to follow the shift; focus on the management of key parts such as furnace, grinding wheel, pickling, high pressure dewaxing, driving and lifting.

The fourth is to adhere to safety routine management and always work hard on safety. Before starting the workshop, we should improve the safety production meeting, patrol inspection, equipment maintenance, handover and other records of the workshop, and record the entire production process for analysis and problem finding.

Second, we must work hard to improve the quality of economic operations.

At the end of July, Zhang Zong and the relevant leaders of the non-industry office went to our company to conduct work research and put forward requirements for the company's work. First, increase the amount of money returned, improve the efficiency of capital use, and reduce the use of liquidity. The third is to establish the idea of ​​diligently running enterprises, strengthen cost awareness, and reduce unnecessary expenses. We will reduce the cost by improving the yield; carefully study how to reduce the cost from product trial production; increase the cost assessment; strictly control the office expenses; strictly control the travel expenses and freight; and rationally allocate and reduce the staff in each workshop.

The fourth is to increase market development, adjust product structure, and increase product sales. We will sort out the customers, actively develop new customers, consolidate old customers; focus on protecting the market of two precision casting workshops, properly develop the market of sand, coated sand and machined products; adhere to the ideas of the international market and strive for stable demand. Large customers, ensure the smooth flow of sales; strive for the early start of the machine shop, forming end products, increase product profit margins.

The fifth is to strengthen the construction of “four good teams” and create a conservation-oriented enterprise. On the basis of consolidating the achievements of Baoxian Education, we will do a good job in building a clean government, carrying out efficiency monitoring, deepening the openness of factory affairs, striving to create a conservation-oriented enterprise, doing a good job of "double building plastics", and strengthening the construction of "four good teams". The company's development creates a good soft environment.

Finally, we must actively and steadily advance the reform and reform work.

In the second half of the year, we will actively launch and conscientiously organize according to the requirements of the separation of the main and auxiliary companies of the group company and the reform of the auxiliary industry. One is the issue of depreciation and interest. Since the establishment of the project, all the investments have been loans to the group companies, and there is no paid-in capital, resulting in a large monthly interest expense. In view of the economic downturn, it is very difficult to remit money, new product development requires capital injection and the company's capital turnover is tight. The company has returned the depreciation expense of 399,000 yuan in 2004 and returned the loan interest of 595,000 yuan in 2005. Loan interest will not be withdrawn each month in the future.

The second is the issue of electricity charges. Electricity costs account for about 14% of the cost of our products. The increase in electricity costs has caused the product cost to rise too much. I hope that the leaders will make preferential treatment on electricity bills.

The third is the issue of funding. Due to insufficient funds, the procurement of major equipment in the machine shop cannot be in place, it is difficult to form end products, directly to customers, and improve profit margins. Special leaders are requested to support the loan.
