The Girls Department is a vibrant cell in the Student Union. Since its inception, it has been mainly responsible for the work of female students in the whole school. They have provided them with the help they need in psychological and physical aspects, and they have really solved problems. The Girls Department is a warm window in the Student Union. It is a bridge between students and the school. It communicates positively with the students in daily life, reaches a consensus and promptly communicates to the relevant leadership departments of the school, promotes communication, and reduces the school as little as possible. The obstacles to communicate with the students, enhance the cohesiveness of the school and the solidarity of the students. At the same time, the Ministry of Women is working harder to enrich the extracurricular cultural life of the campus girls, presenting fresh and interesting knowledge and science in a vivid and rich form. In front of the majority of students, it is the youthful fellow travellers of the majority of students.

The Ministry of Women’s Department is an indispensable part of the school and the student union, so the work of the Girls’ Department is more worthy of the responsibility of each of our girls’ departments. To do our job well, the most important thing is to understand that the purpose of the Girls Department is to serve girls. We should pay attention to the collection of the needs and opinions of girls in the school, and represent and effectively protect the legitimate rights and safety of girls. According to the characteristics and needs of girls, we carry out a variety of healthy and beneficial activities, and cooperate with various departments of the school to help solve the practical problems and difficulties encountered by girls in learning and living, and to safeguard the legitimate interests of girls.

During the semester, the focus of our Girls’ Department will be on the further development of the Girls’ Department and on the Food Management Committee of a student department.

As far as the construction of the female department is concerned, in addition to adhering to our regular activities and work in the past, we will have great innovations in the form of activities, because only innovation can have vitality. Therefore, we will break the long-term work limitations, carry out and carry out some activities that serve girls more effectively.

With regard to the Student Food Management Committee, we will build it from the beginning of the semester into an organization that has broad influence across all groups in the school. We will serve the students, communicate with the school and students, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the students. During the semester, we have the following three scheduled activities for the Girls Department:

1, the colorful girls week "seven campus, more talented girls" activities.

The event is scheduled to be held during the colorful girls' week, providing a platform for highlighting girls' styles. The activities are mainly based on quiz, idioms and so on.

2, girls safety knowledge lecture

The purpose of this activity is to provide security services for girls throughout the school. The safety of girls is something we should pay attention to as a female department. To this end, we will hold a lecture on girls' safety knowledge on the day of the election, hoping to give some help to the girls, so that they can better protect themselves in the future, and have a healthy and happy university life.

3. Voluntary fundraising activities

In the whole school, to investigate girls who have difficulties in living or studying, our department will organize a fundraising event to enable girls who are able to help others to do the love transfer activities that they can.
