As the main department of academic research-type associations in the Federation of Student Associations of our school, the Research Competition Department shoulders the service of academic research-type associations, promotes exchanges and cooperation between academic research-type associations, and guides academic research-type associations to better carry out. Academic research activities, organization of academic research-type associations to participate in various large-scale academic competitions, and enhance the overall academic atmosphere of the school and other important tasks. Since the establishment of the department, we have been actively innovating, courageously developing, and providing various platforms for academic research-type associations through various channels to promote mutual understanding and cooperation between each other and enhance their overall influence in the school. At the time of the arrival of the new semester, in order to carry out the work in a more orderly manner, rationally arrange the time of the whole semester, and make more rational use of resources, the following work plans are formulated: 1. Standardize ideas and strengthen internal self-building. In the early days of the school, we must first carry out the internal rectification and construction of the department. Among the existing officers, select outstanding personnel as the backbone and backup force of our department. Further clarify the division of labor of the various responsible persons in order to better lead the officers to carry out related work. Regular regular internal meetings of the departments, timely communication, teamwork, and handling the daily work of the department. Provide timely training to the officers so that they are more familiar with our department and better carry out related work.

Second, strengthen innovation and implement the relevant work of the Science and Technology Association this semester. Cooperate with the work arrangement of the college competition committee and the school league committee, organize the preliminary competition of the 2019 "Challenge Cup" college students' business plan competition, and carry out academic salons and other activities to provide corresponding information services for our students to participate in the academic competition such as the Challenge Cup. Cooperate with the school league committee to complete the final report of the college students' new seedling plan and complete relevant academic research results.

Third, enhance exchanges and strengthen the construction of academic research-type associations. Actively organize exchanges and cooperation between academic research-type associations throughout the school, urge all associations to strengthen their internal construction, do a good job in various tasks, and actively cultivate and pass on people.

Fourth, actively explore and find new service highlights. On the basis of the original activities and services, the department should actively explore new areas, better reflect the functions of our departments, and provide more measures to help and support academic research-type associations.

The specific work arrangements are as follows:

I. Relevant work of the Science and Technology Association"

In mid-March, we will collect and organize the entries of the “Challenge Cup” entrepreneurial competition, and assist the school league committee to make the primary selection of the “Challenge Cup” entrepreneurial competition. Organize relevant counseling lectures and provide guidance to the top 40 teams.

2. In mid-April, prepare for the finals of the school's “Challenge Cup” entrepreneurial competition, collect the latest works of the participating teams in time, organize the relevant work of the finals, in order to select the top 20 winners in time, and participate in the beginning of the province. Selection.

3. From mid-April to mid-June, more professional guidance and training will be given to the teams entering the finals of the provincial “Challenge Cup” entrepreneurial competition. In the form of entrepreneurial salons, experts and teams will be invited to make timely communication and exchanges.

4. In mid-June, the team that participated in the finals of the provincial “Challenge Cup” entrepreneurial competition participated in the provincial competition, and timely publicized and commended the winning team.

Second, do a good job in the fourth "Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics academic research-type community comprehensive power list":

During the period of the community culture festival, notify all academic research-type associations to actively carry out relevant preparatory work, collect relevant information in time, and make report work.

After the closing of the corporate culture festival, collect the information of the association in a timely manner, and timely count the scores of each academic research society according to the "Measures for the Evaluation of the Comprehensive Research Ranking of Academic Research-type Organizations of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics", announce the list of the top ten associations, and promptly list the rankings. The result is notified to the relevant supervisor. Make corresponding recognition to the winning community.

Third, do other work of the Student Association.

Actively collaborate with the Office of the Office of Activities and Activities, and do a good job in cadre training classes, community representative conferences, and community cultural festivals, and strive to play a more active role in it.

The activities of the first group of this semester will be guided by the "three represents" thinking and the scientific development concept, and continue to study and implement the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the content and spirit of the "two sessions". The goal of "serving the Olympic Games together" is to "improve the party members' temperament and strengthen the construction of grassroots organizations", and take the opportunity of building a harmonious campus, fully mobilize the initiative of the team members, give full play to creativity, unite and work together.
