1. Optimize construction and rational division of labor. First of all, as a member of the self-executance committee, members of the propaganda department must clearly define their goals, correct their attitudes, and handle their own learning activities independently. They must not lose sight of this. This is the most basic point. Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen the team building of the Propaganda Department. Each member must have a clear division of labor. Members should strengthen exchanges, understand each other's class situation, communication methods, etc., in order to communicate in a timely manner. At the same time, keep close contact with the small group of school journalists, consciously care about the newspapers, school newspapers, school journals, each member takes the initiative to take responsibility according to the division of labor, do their own work, and ensure that the propaganda department runs in an orderly manner.

2, capture the opportunity, and participate in activities. The Propaganda Department is the frontier department of the school's various work. For various activities, the Propaganda Department should seize the opportunity in time and pay attention with a keen eye. In the second half of the 08-09 school year, compared to the first half of the semester, there were fewer major events, but the Propaganda Department still had a lot of work to do, and the school also provided us with a platform for display. Through preliminary discussions and application to the Principal's Office for approval, it was decided to establish a regular foreign radio station and actively recruit members. In response to the students' "no school activities" and "cultural life is not rich", we will broadcast the school activities notice, current affairs news, news reports and songs at 12:30 every Monday and Wednesday. Welcome students to contribute. And make comments and suggestions. In addition, the school will hold the second science and technology festival, the Propaganda Department will actively promote the activities of the Science and Technology Festival, give full play to the role of small reporters and school radio stations, and timely report the information in the event. Before the mid-term final exam, the Propaganda Department will cooperate with the school to mobilize the students to review the sprint; in the usual study life, the Propaganda Department will also keep in touch with the departments of study, life, discipline inspection, etc., and timely handle and publicize their reasonable opinions and suggestions. In order to strengthen ideological construction, colorful life, add luster to activities outside the home.

3. Constantly summarizing and striving for breakthrough. The Propaganda Department will listen to the reasonable suggestions of each teacher and student for the work of the self-management of the students. After each activity, they will summarize and discuss in a timely manner, and write their own opinions and experiences with the help of school newspapers and school journals. The Changwai Student Self-Management Association is an emerging group in which the Propaganda Department plays a pivotal role.
