This semester will carry out teaching research on the theme of “Study on the Harmonious Development of Multi-intelligence and Wisdom in the National Languages”. Learning speculation stage
Concentrate on the program layout of the teaching and research activities in this semester, and determine the research theme in high and low sections.

Time: Week 5 Practice Exploration
Closely study the research topics in each year and conduct teaching experiments. Group cooperation design lesson plans.
Teachers conduct practical operations, and teachers from the same group listen to each other, evaluate classes, and improve the lesson plans.
Focus on communication, the two teachers talked about their own design ideas. Time: In the 9th week, according to the actual situation, I will practice in class and write the experience after class: the design concept of the class, the classroom teaching process, the classroom reaction, the reasons for success or failure.
Discussion and exchange phase
The second concentration: exchange preparations, propose their own design concepts, practice and reflection, form the teaching and research group's program, theme teaching and research activities, classroom display, interactive evaluation. Time: Week 13, write a reflection on teaching, upload it to the campus network, and archive the data.
The team leader completed the research report and the members of the teaching and research group completed the research paper.
