The first semester of the 2013 school year, one (3) class, the first grade junior youth team work plan

The first semester of the 2005 school year, the first-year junior squad work plan

First, the overall goal:

There are 41 students in this class, including 20 girls and 21 boys. The focus of this semester is to train students regularly, to teach them civility, to be polite, to learn tolerance, to learn to cooperate with others, to create a good atmosphere in the class, to develop good study habits, and to adapt them to the school environment as soon as possible. In learning, become an excellent and qualified primary school student.

Second, the work focus and requirements:

1. Grasp the regular education of students

Use the morning meeting and the team meeting time to study "Children's Day Practice", "Primary School Code" and "Standards' Daily Behavioral Code", and let students know what behavior is right and what is wrong in the course of daily behavior learning. To enable students to develop good study and living habits.

2. Improve students' safety awareness

Student safety is a necessary condition for the smooth development of class work. Students are safely educated at all times. Unconsciously, the safety awareness of students is gradually strengthened. I must pay attention to observe the dynamic activities of children and the environment in the school to find out the safety. Hidden dangers to stop the occurrence of security incidents.

3. Cultivate small cadres in the class to enhance students' sense of competition

Class cadres are small assistants in class management. They focus on cultivating two small cadres who help manage classes and then train eight group leaders to help them do the work of the class.

4. Moral education for students

Through various channels, students are taught patriotism and team spirit in various forms. I use some of the traditional festivals and students I have to carry out publicity activities so that they can respect the elders, honor their elders, be a good student at school, and be a child at home.
