School study and publicity "implementation outline" plan


In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee, establish and improve a system of punishment and prevention that emphasizes education, system, and supervision, continuously improve the ideological and political quality of party members and leading cadres, and build an ideological and moral ethics that resists corruption and prevents change.
