The Young Sergeant's Work Plan for the Second Semester of the 2003 Semester----Second Class I, Guiding Ideology
Under the new situation of thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents", and taking experience education as the basic approach, effectively strengthening the moral construction of children and adolescents, and promoting the overall development of quality education. Services to serve the healthy growth of children and adolescents.
Second, class situation analysis
The squadron has a total of 55 students, including 29 boys and 26 girls. These children are smart and lively, naughty and cute, and have strong plasticity. Through the efforts of one school year, my class basically formed a "united, lively" class style, with strong collective cohesion. In this semester, through the "new century, I can do" experience educational activities and some competitions to develop students' healthy psychological character and good behavior habits.
Third, the main work and measures
1. Taking the five competitions as the main line, continue to implement the “Ningbo City Students' Daily Behavioral Norms” and the “One Day Regularity of Primary School Pupils in Xiaowangmiao Center” to refine the normative content and guide students to politely and learn to speak. Diligence, social ethics, filial piety at home. Emphasis is placed on strengthening the education of students' daily behaviors and promoting the prosperity of good class and style.
2. Conscientiously implement the patriotic implementation outline, adopt reading patriotic books, watch patriotic movies, sing love songs, carry out "great national spirit" reading activities, establish the "great Chinese" thinking, and stimulate students' patriotic enthusiasm.
3. Cooperate with the school , do a good job in the "I love the collective" and "learn life" activities, standardize and assess the daily behavior of students, and strive to achieve good results in the evaluation of the brigade department.
4. Strive to create conditions and take favorable measures to let students experience in the family, school , society and nature. Form a situation in which schools , families, and society participate together.
5. Strengthening self-construction, establishing a management philosophy of “personality tree personality”, enhancing the social mission and sense of responsibility of teaching and educating people, teaching by virtue, promoting education with morality, focusing on the research of the Young Pioneers theory, and actively writing the Young Pioneers paper.
6. Use the morning meeting, class meeting, blackboard newspaper and other forms to strengthen the safety education for students.
