1. Standardize the learning system and strengthen theoretical study.
Grasping the theoretical study of teachers is the best entry point for doing a good job in teaching and researching in schools . Based on the actual situation of teaching and research in schools, we will establish and improve relevant learning systems based on the actual situation of school teachers' theoretical study. The school-wide theoretical study and discussion activities will be organized twice, and the participation rate of full-time teachers will reach 100%.
