Third, work tasks and initiatives:
Intensify efforts, increase the "three rates", and strictly implement the curriculum plan.
Strengthen publicity and implement “two exemptions” for poor students to ensure that the enrollment rate and consolidation rate of students reach 100%, and the dropout rate is zero.
Strictly implement the curriculum plan, open the course, and open the class, try to meet the teaching of the weak country, and strictly follow the curriculum plan for teaching activities.

Strengthen the "three investigations" and implement the routine.
The "Day Inspection" is conducted by the Academic Affairs Office. It mainly checks the teacher's class situation and the information of the links. The result is to communicate with the teacher and the second is to directly feedback to the monthly comprehensive evaluation.

"Monthly investigation", consists of a special class inspection by the Academic Affairs Office. Fully tap the local characteristics, develop sample curriculum resources, and make the sample curriculum have new features and new developments.
Solidly carry out “school-based teaching and research activities”, the theme of which comes from teachers, students and parents. Let the activities promote teachers, so that teachers can constantly improve themselves in the activities. The school is divided into teaching and research groups to determine the theme and content of the activities in various needs, determine the ways and means of the activities, set the time, set the teachers, and set the content to ensure that each activity can benefit. This semester will also combine the domain teaching and research with the school-based teaching and research, give full play to the leading role of the central school , and let the teachers in the region develop and improve.
School-based training should be carried out according to the plan, give full play to the role of key teachers and excellent teachers, and train all teachers. For the training of young teachers, according to the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" of our school, a seminar for young teachers will be held, and the goals will be set. Adhere to the organic combination of teaching and research, scientific research and curriculum reform, focus on improving the efficiency of classroom teaching, and ensure that the quality of education is stable and rising.
1.
