In the past academic year, despite the financial difficulties, the school has strengthened the basic construction of the library: arrange librarians to participate in business training, pay attention to the improvement of their quality; increase the funds for the construction of collections, configure various types of books, read The hardware facilities such as data, the environment is elegant and comfortable... Today's “Niu Niu Library” has become the most attractive place on the small campus and the classroom with the largest knowledge capacity. “Let the teachers and students walk into the campus and feel the intoxication and scent of the book.” The campus environmental construction goal was initially reached. Every building, every wall, every garden and every room of the school exudes culture. Breath, "small collectors", "school star", "scholar teacher", "scholar students" have emerged, the relaxed and pleasant, healthy and harmonious development space makes people feel excited, feel a charm and poetry.

1. Purchase new books, adjust the structure of the collection, and make the collections more reasonable in terms of variety and quantity.
2. Through television programs, publicity windows, lectures and colorful reading activities, create a rich atmosphere for reading, and encourage teachers, classmates, and even parents to form a sense of reading, reading books, loving books, and collecting books. .
3. Improve the library opening and lending system, further improve the utilization rate of books, and give full play to the library's teaching assistant function and service efficiency.

1. Adjust the structure of the collection and strive to provide a series of bibliographies for our teachers and students in each course.
Only by "respecting and satisfying the needs of students' learning", the effectiveness of the "Niu Niu Library" for students' learning services can be truly realized. First of all, from the procurement of books, it is necessary to focus on the ideological and political education and school teaching needs of students. In terms of student reading materials, we will intensify the books on enriching after-school life, expanding subject knowledge, and popularizing aesthetic education and moral education. In terms of teachers' books, first of all, we will add new books on educational thoughts and educational psychology. Secondly, we will cooperate with the relevant activities of the school , be familiar with the development and changes of teaching in various disciplines, and select new books in conjunction with the publication of books and periodicals so that they can be connected with the teaching content of school education. It is also the extension and radiation of their content, and then the subject monograph of teachers for further education. The popular readings of literary classics, literature and history, and science and technology in ancient and modern China and abroad are loved by both teachers and students. We must tap the potential of existing collections and adopt a method of sharing teachers and students to alleviate the contradiction between students' lack of books and insufficient funds for purchases.

2, a full range of borrowing methods.
The more convenient the library's borrowing method, the more readers, the greater the role of books and libraries. On the contrary, it is lifeless and ineffective. What is the role and participation in education and teaching? Therefore, from this semester, our “Niu Niu Library” will be transferred from collective borrowing and half-opening to full-open borrowing, so that the library books will be directly met with students. The borrowing method is developed to a higher level, so that borrowing and reading can be combined, that is, the library area and the reading area are arranged in the library, and the functions are different, and the two are combined. Student readers can enter the library empty-handed, can return the book, or bring their own learning materials. In this space, you can borrow books, you can find books to read and not borrow, you can also find information to learn independently. This will facilitate the students, improve the utilization rate of the collection documents, and truly reflect the reader-oriented, student-oriented idea of running the library.
3. See the opening time of the needle.
The daily school time of the students is fixed. Their courses are full and there are not many free activities. Sometimes even ten minutes of class will be used to complete the classwork left over from the class and go to the library. It is difficult to secure the rights to borrow books. In this environment, the “Niu Niu Library” can only make full use of the noon, class, and class 6 classes until the time before school, “seeing the needles” and seeking development in the “sandwich”.
4. Institutionalized student administrator team.
In addition to the book editing and teaching work, the current “Niu Niu Library” teacher administrator also borrows from nearly 800 teachers and students. If there is no student librarian team as an assistant, one person alone will have a large flow to the students. The openness of borrowing cannot be sustained. Since the beginning of this semester, the student administrators have to be selected and trained, relatively fixed, form a system, and have a rotating date. This team should be encouraged, guided and helped, and at the same time in the school and library activities. To use them as the main force, this can not only make these students more enthusiastic about library work, but also form the characteristics of the library.
5. Various forms of book promotion and counseling.
First, book promotion and recommendation books for teachers and students in the form of blackboard newspapers, TV stations, and shop windows. The second is to organize special lectures, seminars, story conferences, speech contests and essay activities, and even cooperate with Xinhua Bookstore, factory and mine, so that the activities are supported and guaranteed by human and financial resources. Before carrying out these activities, the library should first do a good job of data preparation, and cooperate with the organization to carry out propaganda work. Afterwards, it should be organized into collections of library materials and student essay collections, or horizontal exchanges, or into newspapers and periodicals. This not only expands the impact of the activities, but also shows the effectiveness of the library, and unites a large number of reading activists.
6. Master the reader's psychology and provide quality services.
Our students, from the age of seven to twelve, are gradually moving from the stage of image thinking to the stage of coexistence of image thinking and abstract thinking. Boys of this age often love to read history, military, science and technology, science fiction science reading and story books. Girls love to read fairy tales, prose, folk tales, children's novels, and short stories. Children are not satisfied with the knowledge they have learned in the classroom. They urgently need to go to the library to find their favorite books. Moreover, they don’t like “hungry food” and like everything. They start to pick up the variety of books in the library and pursue new tastes. The service for the students' readers can't stay in the previous general book borrowing, respect them, open and borrow as much as possible, and even the key students can even make appointment registration, special lending, key counseling and other services. Administrators must play the role of educators, loyal elders, close friends, and public servants.
In addition, our teachers are responsible for the heavy teaching tasks. Usually, most of them borrow some reference materials from the teaching work. Therefore, the library should do some practical things in the continuing education of teachers, such as recommending some books suitable for them to read. To help teachers in the new situation, with a new way of thinking and teaching methods to train a new generation of students.
For teachers, they should also provide information on teaching and activities in a timely manner, and use the library's premises to provide convenience for them to start classes. In the activities organized by the library, we must actively and sincerely invite relevant teachers to collaborate and respect and give full play to his professional expertise. This will not only help strengthen their cooperation with the library, but also promote the activities of the library to obtain more extensive support and achieve more fruitful results.
