The daily school time of the students is fixed. Their courses are full and there are not many free activities. 4. Institutionalized student administrator team.

If there is no student librarian team as an assistant, one person alone will have a large flow to the students. The openness of borrowing cannot be sustained. Since the beginning of this semester, the student administrators have to be selected and trained, relatively fixed, form a system, and have a rotating date. This team should be encouraged, guided and helped, and at the same time in the school and library activities. To use them as the main force, this can not only make these students more enthusiastic about library work, but also form the characteristics of the library.

5. Various forms of book promotion and counseling.

6. Master the reader's psychology and provide quality services.

Girls love to read fairy tales, prose, folk tales, children's novels, and short stories. Children are not satisfied with the knowledge they have learned in the classroom. In addition, our teachers are responsible for the heavy teaching tasks. Usually, most of them borrow some reference materials from the teaching work.
