2019 Quality Care Work Plan



In 2019, the quality nursing service work was based on the “Quality Nursing Service” activity last year. I. Guiding ideology: Our department will take the scientific concept of development as a guide, deepen the "patient-centered" service concept, take the "dimethyl review" as an opportunity, and "improve professional quality and optimize nursing services" as the theme. Efforts to provide patients with seamless, continuous, safe, high-quality, satisfactory care services.
Second, the work objectives are based on patient satisfaction as the overall goal, consolidate the foundation, consolidate the results, take the patient's requirements as the starting point for work, and take patient satisfaction as the end of work, and fully implement the patient-centered nursing work. Further deepen the work of quality nursing services, enhance the service content, and continuously improve the quality of care.
Third, work measures
1. Revise various systems and standards to continue to improve and revise various rules and regulations, work responsibilities, work processes, disease care routines, clinical care service standards and standards. Continue to improve the revision of quality control inspection standards and methods, improve the reporting and supervision system for nursing adverse events, and strengthen the management of critically ill patients.
2. Comprehensively improve professional quality, optimize nursing services, strengthen the training of basic theoretical knowledge, and improve the comprehensive quality and professional ability of nursing staff. Starting from the "three basics and three strictes", we will organize a monthly business training, including basic theory of Chinese and Western medicine, specialist nursing, laws and regulations, service awareness, strengthening the implementation of basic nursing and graded care and ensuring quality.
Improve the practical work ability of clinical nurses and train specialist nursing backbones.
Strengthen the training of nursing professional technical operations. Firmly master the basic skills of nursing, consolidate the basic skills, and organize the development of nurse skill operation competitions, further strengthen the training, improve the level of clinical nursing skills, and thus improve the nursing services.
Strengthen the practice of nurse etiquette.
Various forms of study and training are adopted to improve the professional quality of nursing staff in the hospital, and to improve the ability of nurses to observe the condition, implement nursing measures, and record nursing documents.
3. Strengthen management to ensure the safety of nursing and strengthen the management of key links of patients, such as patient transfer, handover, hemorrhoids, etc., establish and improve the nursing process and management evaluation program. Strengthen the monitoring and management of nursing safety, organize monthly departments to conduct investigations on nursing safety hazards and the reasons for nursing errors and nursing investment, analyze the causes, analyze the lessons learned, and propose preventive measures and improvement measures.
Strengthen department management. Every week, the department conducts random inspections on ward management, basic nursing, nursing safety, medical record writing, nurse instrumentation, disinfection and isolation, etc., and immediately points out the limited problems and provides feedback on the problems, and summarizes the monthly nurses' work meetings. 5. Regular satisfaction surveys organize monthly work break meetings to regularly listen to patients' opinions and suggestions on quality nursing work. The patient satisfaction survey is conducted quarterly from the nurse's operation technology, grooming, health education, formulating corrective measures, and timely feedback. Let the patient be satisfied with the heart, and ask each nurse to establish a good service attitude, take the patient's satisfaction as the ultimate goal of the work, provide convenience for the patient as much as possible, and eliminate the imagination of birth, cold, hard and shoving, and never allow The patient has a quarrel.
7. Strengthen patient health education: performance appraisal measures for quality nursing services, adhere to the principles of objectivity, fairness, and openness, and allocate to the frontline nurses to mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses. Establish the performance appraisal registration of nursing staff, and reward compensation according to the attendance rate of the responsible nurses, the number of nursing patients, the quality of care, the technical difficulty, the degree of risk, the satisfaction, the selection of the department, and increase the reward for the active and contributing nurses at the end of the year.
