In order to further strengthen the food safety work in the school cafeteria of the county, prevent and control the occurrence of group food poisoning in schools, and ensure the safety of teachers and students, at the beginning of autumn, the food and drug administration and the food and cosmetics supervision office Under the deployment, the food safety special inspection of the county canteen was summarized as follows:

The inspection started from September 20th to October 8th, and 10 vehicles were dispatched. The number of supervisors was 32. A total of 34 school cafeterias were inspected. Through this special action check, the school cafeteria in the county was found to have made food safety. Certain work, but there are also some problems:

1 The main leaders and management personnel of the school have insufficient understanding of the importance of food safety. They have not fulfilled the statutory responsibility of the first person responsible for food safety. The school has insufficient supervision on the hygiene management of the canteen, the health system is not implemented, and the employees lack awareness of hygiene. Unfamiliar with the food processing process, food processing operations are not standardized.

2 The layout of the canteens in some school cafeterias is unreasonable and cannot be divided into regions.

3 The canteens are classified according to the lack of facilities. The processing process cannot avoid the cross-contamination of raw and cooked foods. The processing of animal foods and plant foods cannot be separated, and the cleaning and disinfection of tableware is not in place.

4 Some of the school canteen food raw materials purchase acceptance system is not in place, and it is not possible to regulate the issuance of the ticket and the registration of the account.

On the above problems, we conducted on-site guidance and issued a rectification opinion.
