After the unit entered the site, we actively investigated the construction site and surrounding environment, and informed the construction unit of the safety responsibility, and assisted the construction unit to timely handle the safety supervision procedures of the project. After the construction unit entered the site, it reviewed the safety production licenses of general contracting, professional subcontracting, labor subcontracting units, and mutual security agreements. The safety technical measures or safety special construction plans in the construction organization design were reviewed, and combined with the construction site crash, the safety supervision work of the construction units was organized, and the minutes of the relevant meeting were carefully completed.

For the part of the project with high risk, the full-time safety supervision personnel shall implement the supervision of the side station. If any hidden dangers are found during the construction process, the relevant units may be actively inspected and urged to implement the rectification, and the completion of the rectification shall be reviewed and confirmed. If the situation is serious, the construction unit is required to temporarily stop the construction and report the construction unit in time. If the construction unit refuses to rectify or does not stop the construction, the project supervision unit shall promptly report to the relevant competent department.
