I remember that on June 3, 2019, in the process of receiving the retired police of the judicial system from the retired police officers of the Guizhou Provincial Prison System, including Yang Dehua and He Daoquan, the retired police officers of the judicial system went to the provincial government for a petition. The number of these petitioners is large, the situation is complicated, and some are not solved for a long time, so the grievance is very big. In the reception, I carefully record and enthusiasm and sincerely explain to them, and at the same time publicize the relevant policies of the party and coordinate relevant The department leaders handled it seriously, ensuring that the incident did not expand further, and the final problem was properly resolved. Through the handling of these petitions, I have improved my understanding of the incident and benefited me a lot. In the past year, they have participated in the reception of the people to the provincial government for 4,457 batches of 29,601 people, including 4,995 batches of 18,995 people, 267 batches of 10,606 people, and 58 petition cases and 56 people's visits. At the same time, it also participates in the drafting of relevant official documents, situation analysis, data statistics, document processing and other government documents, so as to be timely, standard and standardized.

I always keep in mind the party's purpose, from the perspective of respecting people, understanding people and caring people, targeting the visiting people. In response to the different situations of petitioners, I studied psychology in Tianjin in 2019 and summed up my own reception strategy according to the psychology of different petitioners: a "crying type", a cup of hot tea, a smiley face, acting as a "friends and relatives" "For the "screaming type", courageously endure, be willing to "cut out"; for "with ulterior motives", it is argued that the dignity of the party and the government should be safeguarded. During the year of visiting the two places, I faced the petitioners in the reception room every day. I often saw many vulnerable groups. Some of them were physically disabled, some were ragged, and some even had pus and bad smell. Some reflect the problem and seek help, and some of them are quite unreasonable. But no matter whether the problems he reflects are justified, or there are some truths, there are even some problems that he simply does not make sense. These situations all exist, but as long as they enter the reception desk of the petition, we will treat them with enthusiasm. We don’t understand the places where the people don’t understand. Explain that the reasonable part should be handled with enthusiasm. Listening to the people's hard things, I am also in a heavy mood. I always think like this: I will compare my heart to the heart. What happens to the people is what we feel when we meet. Whenever I see that their problems are solved or find a way, I will feel a sincere satisfaction.

Third, love and dedication, strict requirements

I cherish this opportunity for training. Whether it is to receive visitors or other work, I have done my due diligence and conscientiously done every job assigned by the organization.
