Summary of legal aid year-end work

In April XX, I was employed by the Guangyuan City Federation of Trade Unions as a special legal counsel and legal aid group lawyer. I have been working hard to do my job well. Now I will only make a summary of the work in 2019.

Among them, the main work is to receive free consultations from many Guangyuan workers; to provide free services for families who are poor families. These include arrears of wages for migrant workers, injuries to workers and workers, non-work-related deaths of workers, compensation for personal injury caused by traffic accidents, etc.; some free legal support for some Beijing-based contractors and bosses in Beijing.

A summary of the case for free this year:

First, Sichuan-based Liu Qiju went to work in a company in Tianjin for only three days. He was suddenly sick at night and sent to the hospital within half an hour to die on the way to medical treatment; the forensic doctor identified pathological death. In the name of the lawyers of the Legal Aid Group of the Guangyuan Federation of Trade Unions, I have prepared a non-work-related death compensation plan for free according to the Tianjin compensation standard, and produced legal opinions to guide negotiation skills. In the end, the family members received compensation of more than 30,000 yuan from the company. The company paid the transportation expenses and accommodation expenses of all the family members; it successfully handled the case of compensation for non-work-related deaths.

2. Guang Zi Cang Xi, a migrant worker in Beijing, was involved in a traffic accident in Beijing. He was injured and his wife died in the accident. As a lawyer of the Legal Aid Group of the Guangyuan Federation of Trade Unions, I provided free legal assistance. Under the condition that the other party has no fixed residence and no property clues, I seized the key points of the other party and made a compensation plan for it. I was successfully compensated for 250,000 yuan. And pay in one lump sum.

Third, free and successful mediation of labor disputes between Cangxi migrant workers and Cangxi bosses in Guangyuan City, for the fellows to become a jade.

Fourth, deal with the case of compensation for work-related injuries between the relatives of Cangxi Li Huacheng and Cangxi, and calculate the compensation plan for the family of the deceased. According to the legal basis, judge whether the compensation plan is reasonable. After mediation, avoid unnecessary litigation.

5. On the second day after the 5.12 earthquake, my colleagues and other colleagues organized a donation activity in Qingchuan, which was seriously affected by Guangyuan, and donated more than 800,000 yuan to the disaster-stricken organizations.

I am very proud and rewarded as a lawyer of the Legal Aid Group of the Guangyuan Federation of Trade Unions; I have been promoted to a partner of Beijing Yingke Law Firm this year. I can do something for my hometown people, and I am very happy! Mayor Ma Hua, Minister Wang Zhenhui, and Chairman Cheng Chaobao have encouraged me, and the Guangyuan Federation of Trade Unions have supported me and encouraged me to do better next year!
