Our office has accepted 39 visits, 78 legal consultations, 73 agency litigations, 10 witnesses, 13 permanent legal counsel, 4 legal courses, 17 civil disputes, and 10 legal aids. To avoid and recover economic losses of 450,000 yuan and realize business charges of more than 80,000 yuan.

First, strengthen leadership, strictly control the "three barriers" and extend the field of legal service work

Over the past year, we have always adhered to the leadership of legal services in townships and towns. Through strong organizational leadership and publicity and education, we have implemented the standardization of legal service teams and extended legal services to every corner of the town.

Unify understanding and close the organization. Our town has set up a legal service work leading group, and has been equipped with legal service staff in each administrative village. Improve the system and build a good team. People are the most active factor among all factors. Paying close attention to the construction of legal service teams and improving the skills and qualities of legal service providers are the top priority for doing a good job in legal services. To this end, we proceeded from reality, through careful and meticulous investigation and research, drawing on the experience of our peers, and established a set of well-established and trained legal service staff training systems, and implemented measures to strictly implement and formulate systems, consistently. Since the beginning of this year, our legal service work has been aimed at economic development and people's needs, continuously expanding service areas, improving service levels, and injecting sufficient “good and fast” development of the town's economy. By establishing the purpose of “rooting the grassroots, being close to the people and serving the people”, we will regularly carry out legal services, legal propaganda, legal education and legal aid activities to the socially disadvantaged groups, and provide efficient and high-quality legal services to the public in a timely manner to relieve the troubles of the people and resolve them. Various social contradictions have promoted the harmony and satisfaction of the township environment and won the trust and support of the people.
